This role will spearhead the quality, style, and technical standards for 3D assets across brand initiatives and game development projects. As the bridge between game development teams and the head of design, you will play a pivotal role in defining the creative vision, ensuring top-tier asset delivery, and optimizing production pipelines.

• Hands-on Development: Design, develop, and animate high-quality 3D assets, including characters, props, and environments for use in games and branding materials.

• 5+ years of experience as a 3D artist/animator with experience leading teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in 3D modeling, rigging, and animation using tools like Blender, Maya, or 3DS Max.
• Advanced experience with Unity 3D and Unreal Engine pipelines, shaders, and performance optimization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both technical skills and artistic vision in 3D character and environmental design.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of guiding creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand 3D assets.
• Deep understanding of PBR workflows, asset optimization, and performance constraints in game engines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with game designers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Perforce) and production pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on AAA games, indie games, or large-scale creative projects.
• Strong skills in cinematic animation and storytelling for marketing or in-game cutscenes.
• Experience in creating 3D assets for multi-platform deployment (PC, console, mobile, etc.).
• Passion for the gaming industry and emerging technologies like VR/AR or interactive 3D experiences.
