The position is responsible for operational support and management for operating system patching activities covering the global user workstation landscape.

This position will require deep analytical thinking with the ability to combine security related information from multiple data sources and using that data to determine deployment methods and timelines for software patches, registry updates, and other security related configurations.  The Engineer will work with business units to plan and coordinate the patching activities with a focus on minimizing business impact during the event and ensuring systems are returned to optimal state after patching activities have been completed.

• Collaborating with the Customer, Sales Team, Design and Execution Team to create the product roadmap and set release scope & objectives.
• Creating product documentation, user flows, and rough wireframes, and working with designers to refine the customer experience into a polished, shippable product.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Responsible for conducting and overseeing sampling operations and other field services as defined in the Matrix of Sampling Techniques, and in accordance with SGS Policies and Procedures, SGS Safety Policies and Quality Management System policies.

            A.1. DENR-Accredited Team Leader for Source Emission Testing

1. Leads and oversees field sampling processes
2. Properly assigns sampling activities to all members of the field sampling teams.
3. Ensure all FDS are properly and completely field up and submitted on time to his/her immediate superior for timely completion of service reports.                

           A.2. DENR-Accredited QA/QC for Source Emission Testing

1. Prepares and submits test plans for Source Emission Testing Jobs
2. Coordinates with the relevant regulatory bodies and ensures compliance to regulatory requirements related to field work.
3. Counterchecks field data sheets and reviews/evaluates generated air test results

• Ensures that all sampling field requirements are performed based on the approved sampling methods and requirements as defined in the Matrix of Sampling Techniques and based on the Work Plans
• Coordinate with the EHS lab the requirements for field sampling such as but not limited to the following:  Standard solutions, sampling media, tedlar bags, etc.
• Ensures that all sampling equipments are suitable, calibrated, maintained and fit for use.
• Conducts theoretical and on the job trainings for field sampling team members.
• Assists the CEMs Services Specialist in conducting RATA, RAA, RGA and other CEMs Services.
• Oversees outsourced environmental field services and performs water/soil/sediment sampling activities and other EHS field services.
• Signs field data sheets, laboratory worksheets, and receive and reviews samples as per service contract.
• DENR-Accredited QA/QC – signs Source Emission Test Report 
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goals or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.

He/she is also responsible for reporting field monitoring data according to the Quality Management System policies and procedures.

• Assists the EHS Specialist II and CEMs Services Specialist in air, water/wastewater, soil/sediments and other environmental sampling operations and other field services defined in the Matrix of Sampling Techniques , and in accordance with SGS Policies and Procedures, and Safety Policies
• Performs standardization and preparation of reagents and solutions for use in sampling.
• Prepares and updates reports related to environmental sampling and analysis performed including statistical quality control charts
• Operates and maintains equipment for sampling and analysis

Service Delivery Manager is the main contact point in each specific Global Area for the Regional Delivery organization for client related requests or issues. He is accountable for the service in his own Area and as such, he/she manages all major issues, coordinating the activities with all relevant stakeholders.

Your key tasks 

• Be the Key contact for regional delivery organizations and internal consulting for the services under own responsibility.
• Act as a first escalation point for all complex service delivery issues addressed by clients to Service Manager, related to services under own responsibility, performing all needed in-depth analysis on such requests.
• Support projects by providing specific service delivery requirements during design and build phase and ensure a smooth transition into operations.
• Support Service Managers in defining Service Level Agreements and KPI contents towards all clients, during onboarding as well as periodic review, for the services under the responsibility of the SDM.
• Functionally lead more complex delivery units to achieve the stated objectives on service delivery. Accountable for service delivery quality vs clients.
• Ensure the monitoring, delivery, and variance explanation of service operational metrics for services under own responsibility.
• Be accountable for and ensure coordination of service restoration in case of major incidents, for services under own responsibility, followed by incident reports and technical reports
• Ensure root cause identification, definition, and implementation of remedial actions for prevention and avoidance of incidents. Facilitate continuous improvement of services effectiveness and efficiency.
• Improve the application of the Problem management
• Hold regular alignments with other SDMs and other important stakeholders of the organization and communicate any process changes/improvements to clients via Service managers.
• IT SDM to liaise with Architects and relevant third parties to ensure that non-functional requirements are captured and implemented in the solution.
• Support service delivery of monitoring and service readiness requirements together with technical L2
• Ensure service readiness (early morning and after maintenance weekends or other events) / partially automated
• Ensure the smooth transition between implementation and run (hand over for Projects of T&T) and
• Support the new service set-up and service level definition.
• Support to closure manager for end of the year testing-simulation and trouble shooting
• Availability for picket shifts with possible emergency interventions at night or on weekends, acting as manage on duty.
