Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in change management, training coordination, or a related role within an organizational setting.
Experience working with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
Knowledge of training delivery methods, such as instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning approaches.
Familiarity with organizational change efforts, such as system upgrades, process changes, or restructures.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), training software, and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Strong knowledge of project management tools to track and manage change initiatives and training schedules (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
Understanding of employee engagement and communication platforms to facilitate training and change communication (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
