Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in management, architecture, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction, interior design, or real estate industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• To be fluent in three languages at least including French.
• Sound understanding of financial principles and budget management.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management so ware and Microsoft Office Suite.

As the Team Captain, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of your team. You will serve as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent. You will also be working with the Client Experience  Manager as well as the People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for the team members.

• Manage and organize the submission/intake email inbox promptly, ensuring all incoming information is processed efficiently.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Senior Program Manager leads the planning and implementation of all aspects of Asia Community Preparedness and Transformation (ACT II) program. This role ensures the integration and success of programmatic activities, supports the establishment of a body of evidence demonstrating impact, and acts as the primary representative for senior-level communication in collaboration with participating countries and stakeholders. They will also be responsible for further development opportunities within the existing donor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Oversight 95%:
•Lead the development of the in-country strategies for the program ensuring alignment with Oxfam Humanitarian goals and donor expectations, in collaboration with the in-country focal points.
•Partner with in-country officers to lead and develop annual operational plans and budgets for each country covered in the regional program.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to country teams fostering collaboration and program quality.
•Build and maintain relationships with country and regional teams and other Oxfam affiliates.
•Lead the allocation of the Emergency Response Fund through the Steering Committee and oversee all expenses and contractual arrangements in a cost-efficient manner consistent with Oxfam regulations.

•Ensure program quality by facilitating robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) mechanisms,
•Coordinate and organize regional learning events and research reports to advance the evidencing agenda related to Local Humanitarian Leadership (LHL) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).
•Responsible for preparing reports, narratives and financials to donor(s) and provide expert knowledge to countries in drafting and preparing country project/program reports, as needed.
•Coordinate learning and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and dissemination of partners’ work through various media.

•Responsible for organizing quarterly Steering Committee meetings and additional ones as needed.
•Additional tasks as needed to fulfill the successful implementation of the program.

Fundraising 5%:
•Collaborate on strategic fundraising initiatives, including cultivating relationships with the financing institutional donor and drafting high-value proposals.

The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client-specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited to interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
• Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
• Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone.

• Partner with hiring leaders/stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business / talent requirements, and consult with them on attraction, selection and hiring of talent

YOU HAVE…

• At least a bachelor’s degree in any field you’re passionate about!
• 3 years of customer service experience (may it be email, phone, or chat support).
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
• Excellent reading comprehension, and verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong and effective phone contact handling skills.
• An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, both verbally and in written form.
• Knowledge and experience with Intercom CRM is a plus.
• Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
• The ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind.

The Candidate Care Agent delivers customer service more like Cielo and less like everyone else. The Candidate Care Agent enhances our clients’ candidate interactions with a team dedicated to immediate availability, single call resolution, and unprecedented responsiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Flexible to work in Night Shift
• Provide “We Become You” seamless customer support to candidates via phone, live chat, voicemail, and email.
• Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.
• Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, proprietary systems, etc).
•  Adapt communication style to different demographics.
• Promote service excellence through courteous, patient, and gracious interaction.
• Drive impression to resolution with internal sense of urgency, control of conversation, and active listening.
•   Leverage resources to provide thorough and accurate information to candidate.
•   Use judgment to escalate to proper party when needed.
•  Follow through on unresolved candidate inquiries to close the loop.
•  Develop in-depth knowledge and functional command of multiple applicant tracking systems.
•  Utilize critical and innovative thinking to troubleshoot issues and offer resolutions
•  Work to elevate the level of efficiency and service through collaboration, examining current processes to determine room for improvement, and suggesting best practices.
•  Perform monthly sweeps and an annual audit of assigned tabs on shared resource.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding the clients’ products and services. In this position, you will collaborate with internal and external teams in handling the needs of the customer to provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.
