The Technical Account Manager I (TAM-I) is an integral part of the Registry Customer Support Team. This position takes ownership and works alongside the technical and operational organizations to optimize Customer Experience, System Quality, and Operational Efficiency.

Responsibilities include handling all support cases and inquiries, including supporting customers who use Registry products and tools along with monitoring and troubleshooting the Registry platform, product set, and customer integrations to the product suite.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a self-starter, hard-working, and dedicated team member to jump in and be a key part of our Client Experience team. 

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and nurturing Boldr’s Client relationships as well as developing and empowering Boldr’s Team Captains to be successful in their role. • Supervise and develop Team Captains through guidance, observation, and performance management activities. 
• As needed, joins the Team Captain on calls with the Client, team huddles or coaching sessions to stay up to date with all Client and team developments. 
• This also provides an opportunity to observe the Team Captain’s presentation, Client communication and coaching skills. 
• Taking steps to ensure learning and growth through development plans and, when necessary, progressive counseling.

Key responsibilities:

We’re on the lookout for an infrastructure / dev-ops specialist.

You’ll be responsible for working with our Infrastructure manager to ensure we are running modern, stable and efficient infrastructure providing the business redundancy across its networks and giving engineering the tools they need to delivery quickly and accurately. You’ll also be responsible for tracking and monitoring all areas of the software to identify possible issues and rectify them before they escalate.

• Dev-ops tooling: Great grasp of modern tools and how to implement them to best serve the engineering team.

• Cybersecurity: Grasp of security principles to keep data safe; particularly at the network layer.

• 5+ years relevant experience

• SSL Certificate Management
• PFSense Firewall management
• Load Balancer experience

As a Senior Salesforce B2B Backend Developer, you will translate client requirements into technical development, design schemas and integrate with content management solutions and search engines, unlocking the business value of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work on a complex Salesforce B2B Commerce project for our large international clients.
• Develop Digital Business experiences based on a foundation of Salesforce B2B Commerce 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all website preparation and all site updates
• Assist with requirements definition, specifications, vendor selections, design, development, and timelines for key initiatives
• Assist with solution design based on product requirements

Wrist Shared Services is looking for an Accounts Payable Team Lead within Wrist’s Finance Shared Services team, who will work with the Finance Shared Services Accounts Payable team and Local Business team to manage the activities and functions around accounts payables to ensure the timely completion of daily activities, efficient system processing and adherence to policies and procedures.

What you'll be doing: 

• Manage and monitor day-to-day processing of Accounts Payable transactions
• Monitor Accounts Payable related metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational decision-making
• Continuously improve the Accounts Payable process through standardization and automation initiatives to ensure team, tools, and processes are supporting and enabling the Company’s growth
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with and adherence to internal controls and policies and procedures
• Resolve, communicate, and escalate issues to the Regional Process Owner and/or Head of Finance (WSC)
• Develop, evaluate, and provide regular and routine feedback to team members regarding performance, service levels and KPIs
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective communication is maintained within the team and externally
• Coordinate with other units/departments to facilitate requests, resolve workflows or production issues
• The Accounts Payable Team Lead will work with –
  • Local business teams –
    • Work with Regional Process Owner on day-to-day basis to ensure prioritization and timely delivery of required tasks
    • Escalate issues of concern to Regional Process Owner
  • Accounts Payable Analyst –
    • Set KPIs, monitor the performance of direct reports, and provide coaching on accomplishing goals
    • Direct the AP team, overseeing staff assignments, training, workload evaluation, and daily processing
    • Investigate escalated issues and concerns and resolve with respective teams
    • Performs personnel responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and planning resource needs within the unit to ensure the most qualified candidates are selected

What we're looking for: 

• Minimum 5-8 years of years relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in a related accounting field or equivalent experience
• Effective written & verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Motivated, self-directed, and able to work under pressure and simultaneously manage numerous deadlines
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple demands, establish priorities and effective time management • Strong interpersonal skills and credibility
• Ability to motivate/ manage staff and develop interactive working relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 ERP will be an advantage
