What will you do?

• Participating in all managed services calls with clients and account managers.
• Reviewing managed service tasks/upgrades, and open tickets.
• Conducting kickoff meetings/calls for onboarding new clients and coordinating all tasks throughout.
• Providing accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all technical and client-care issues.
• Facilitating communication—at regular intervals—between clients, account managers, engineers, and management.
• Acting as an internal liaison between various departments, including executive management, engineering, sales, administration, and technical writing.
• Cultivating client relationships through phone calls and proactive service offerings.
