The Property Administrator and Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the administrative and financial tasks associated with property management. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing property operations, coordinating with tenants and vendors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Property Administration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
