What will you do?
As an Enterprise Change Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of change strategies for one or more initiatives aligned to Aurecon’s strategy; as well as developing and leading a small team of change practitioners. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- End to end management and planning of change initiatives; utilising Aurecon’s Enterprise Change playbook.
- Work with the business teams to drive the change plans including assessing the change impact and change readiness, development of communication / engagement / learning materials and adoption metrics and initiatives.
- Articulate a compelling case for change, and coach change sponsors and leaders on messaging, influence and behaviour modelling for their teams.
- Ensure deliverables are delivered on time to a high quality, including reporting, communications and management of risks and issues.
- Customise change approaches to allow for cultural and persona differences, ensuring the most effective implementation.
- Ensure the business is sufficiently prepared for the impact of and supported during the transition to new ways of working.
- Management of local change resources including: capacity planning, supervision of change deliverables and performance in accordance with Aurecon’s Team and coaching model.

What can you bring to the team?
Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a change role and team leadership role.
- A proven track record of delivering change and achieving real outcomes in a multi-national organisation.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing environments and adapt change plans to align.
- Experience in working within a project environment with an understanding of project methodologies, delivering against scope, measuring benefits and reporting throughout the project.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Curious, flexible and resilient.
- Be a contributing member of the Enterprise Change team by sharing knowledge and insights and assist in building the profile of Enterprise Change at Aurecon.
