Job Description:

Our US client is looking for a skilled Email Marketer who will take charge of their email marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is proficient in email marketing and its analytics, reporting, content, and research. Light copywriting tasks also form a crucial part of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing direct email marketing campaigns.
• Analyzing and reporting on statistical data for all emails.
• Researching content to ensure that our email marketing initiatives are innovative and compelling.
• Create news letters
• Performing light copywriting tasks to produce effective and persuasive email content.
• Testing different versions of emails (A/B testing) to analyse the best performing content and formats.
• Ensuring the layout of the emails is optimized, user and mobile-friendly.

• 2+ years of proven experience in email marketing.
• Knowledge in using Notion, HubSpot, Klaviyo
• Good written communications skills
• Familiarity with content research and creative copywriting.
• Keen eye for detail.

Ensures correct and timely Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issuance in relation to the productivity and quality targets of the Certification Center.

· Assess product and/or exporter risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and applicable standards following the Business Rules on conformity assessment, classification, import eligibility and process flows, Conformity Assessment Instructions (CAIs), and other related references.

· Provides quality and technically-based opinion on product standards and product classification and certification.

· Assists in the resolution of standards, classification and certification cases and other requests and or inquiries by utilization of technical expertise on specific goods or commodity

  • Maintenance of tools for data presentation and delivery to clients, including all database/dashboard configurations.

Primary Responsibilities 

The main responsibility of this role is to manage data reporting and project deliverables related to Real-Time Continuous Environmental, Health & Safety Monitoring services for clients including:

o   Maintains EHS tools for data presentation and delivery to clients, including all database/dashboard configurations.

o   Assists internal clients in all elements of successfully operating the monitoring systems.

Specific Responsibilities   

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following activities:

• Designs, manages and supports data dashboard deliverables and associated project workflows for analyzing continuous monitoring data to strict quality and ethical standards.
• Provides total project team responsiveness.
• Responsible for liaising with project teams in order to have a full knowledge of project requirements, and documenting requirements accordingly
• Carries out project work including development and creation of analytical data outputs and reports to complement and assist with wider objectives on client EHS projects.
• Administer applications and technologies as assigned, such as user requests and questions, data entry, form creation, report creation, etc.
• Responsible for continually looking for ways to improve processes.
• Answers technical questions posed by clients and other employees.
• Attends data integrity training and signs off acknowledging understanding and responsibility therein.
