We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. The role

You will be our evangelist to kick off and develop our retail journey in the Philippines! You are responsible for operational and customer excellence, training and people development, financial profitability of our stores and retail expansion in the Philippines.

You will play a pivotal role in developing a positive culture in our retail team and a cohesive omni experience, working closely with HQ to identify opportunities and establish strategies to increase brand equity, best in class customer experience and store performances in the market. Reporting directly to the Regional Head, you will analyse, interpret and report operational business results to ensure that the overall success of our stores is attained.

Main responsibilities

People: Team Management & Leadership

• Meet company KPIs by leading, coaching, and mentoring stores team to create a strong and positive Love, Bonito team culture inline with our values and mission
• Develop a high performing, highly driven, positive and collaborative working environment and champion employee engagement by building internal career development, skills and capabilities
• Develop meaningful and relevant Incentives & commissions scheme for retail staff

Processes: Retail SOPs & Operations

• Build automated processes to increase productivity and ensure internal audits, procedures and efficiency in all store operations aspects
• Analyse all opportunities and recommend ways to optimise customer journey, improve our Retail SOPs: store conditions, layout, displays, merchandising, campaigns, launches, staff services, omnichannel features etc
• Support locally new stores opening process (site handover, POS system implementation)

Performances: Sales results

• Run and lead weekly performance reviews with the local to deep-dive into issues (must understand the why), develop next steps and ensure that business is on track with targets
• Monitor and optimise inventory; ensure tight inventory management and health with distribution channel strategy and processes for clearance
• Develop NPS score with a customer centric approach (reviews, collecting omnichannel insights)

Partnership: Cross functional internal collaboration and external strategic relationships

• Collaborate closely with HQ departments (Merchandising, Training, Retail Ops, VM) for the new store openings and stores operations
• Report to senior management on progress and issues by constantly evaluating performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
• Build external strategic partnerships with 3rd party vendors (Global Contractors, Malls Landlords)

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years working in a fast-paced high growth consumer/retail company (fashion is a plus)
• Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
• Analytical, numerate and proficient in Excel and other analytics tools
• Minimum of experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house

Responsible for day-to-day administration of manpower sourcing, selection and recruitment following company standards and policies to all entities of SGS in the Philippines ( PHSUGU, GBSROHQ) 

Manages the Talent Acquisition System and in charge of keeping it updated. 

Prepares annual performance assessment of external manpower agencies and presents a statistical report for the Talent Acquisition Supervisor for consolidation and recommendation for all entities. 

Handle and implement initiatives to improve database of candidates thru specific channel e/Career Fair, Social Media Activities and Internal Recruitment Initiative for all entities 

Facilitate Behavior Based Interview Training 

Responsibilities as Specialist 

Drive and implement initiatives for e/career fair, social media activities and internal recruitment initiative for all entities 

Supports Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager to all talent acquisition initiatives SGS Affiliates in the Philippines 

Centralize and prepares timely allocation report for all third-party provider in talent acquisition and not limited to SHL Exam, Jobstreet, background investigation and medical exam for all entities. 

Conduct Behavior Based Interview Training to all entity as schedule. 

Talent Acquisition 

Handles all manpower to be hired on Talent Acquisition system for all entities in the Philippines based on account assignment. 

Performs sourcing through internal and external advertisement and data bank.  

Builds candidate sources through internal and external advertisement and data bank.  

Communicates job profile to accredited recruitment headhunter partners, if needed.  

Rates and governs candidate qualifications by conducting interview, evaluating replies and comparing qualifications to job requirements to know whether they are suitable to perform the job  

Coordinates interview schedule of shortlisted candidates with requesting heads. Collaborate and evaluate with heads on the candidate application and select shortlisted candidates.  

Manages new employee and process necessary pre-employment documents. Upload all pre-employment requirements on the ArchiveOne System  

Coordinates with Talent Development starting date and deployment of newly hired employee ensuring that employee is properly introduced and inducted.  

Monitors employment status of all employees and ensure coordination with Talent Retention in any changes if there are new movements.  

Prepares weekly and monthly recruitment and hiring status reports for submission to the Talent Acquisition Manager.  

Screens CVs per job profile ensuring applicants are qualified. 

Others  

Maintains active File of CVs and initiates action to do so.  

Prepares monthly report for HR Audit.  

Performs other HR-related duties and help the HR team as assigned or the need arises  

Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in aid of departmental goals or for personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by Talent Acquisition Manager  

We are six years into our journey and are excited to be evolving our approach to our Client relationships.  As such, Boldr is deploying a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) focus. 

The Head of our Health & Wellness SBU will be responsible for co-creating the strategy and executing this strategy to grow our Client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying trends across our Client base and deriving themes from these trends. You will dive into research around the Healthcare and Wellness sectors and learn how typical business models and customer support work so that you can truly partner with our Clients. You’ll understand the technology landscape and ecosystems that support these businesses and know how we fit into their ‘stack’. The ideal candidate for this position is somebody with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to deliver on our day-to-day KPIs and proactively make recommendations to our Clients to support them in their business and build true partnerships.

• To deliver professional advice, support and training to management, employees and HSE managers / coordinators / champions to enable all Syngenta functions in Philippines to effectively implement their HSE responsibilities.

The Processing Assistant is responsible for the data capture of invoices, validation and quality control of documents by working to agreed guidelines to ensure excellent service is delivered to our Customers.

The Processing Assistant ensures performance and quality standards are met in accordance with Departmental Key Performance Indicators
