Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create strategic presentations and proposals
• Develop budgets for use in proposals and packages
• Support all aspects of sales enablement email communications including but not limited to: copywriting, creation, deployment, communications calendar, and analysis

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for metric reporting and analysis, billing and operational processes, as well as day-to-day inquiries.    

Responsibilities:

• Complete all required client reporting based on established service line agreement.
• Complete requirements for other metrics and reporting.
• Accept and complete all ad hoc reporting requests in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain billing templates.
• Develop audit process for monthly billing reconciliation.
• Provide consultative information to client services teams around process & workflows that impact reporting and billing.
• Analyze dashboards on weekly basis and provide key findings to Client Services Manager or Client Services Director.
• Monitor trends and make appropriate recommendations.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 

To perform ground handling activities around the aircraft for all arrival, transit activities, and departure of all aircraft within the specified turn-around time during the assigned tour of duty period.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• To perform loading and unloading of baggage and cargo activities at baggage sorting areas, aircraft, and arrival hall as per company requirements 

• To operate Ground Service Equipment [non-motorized and motorized equipment, if qualified] as per SOP for ground handling activities 

• To ensure all operational equipment to be used for operations are in serviceable condition 

• To adhere to SOP & safety operation procedure 

• To perform any other activities related to Ground Handling as required by the Company (i.e. Ramp SAG, Ramp PQT, Ramp MTT, Ramp CIT, Ramp PIT where specific SOP refers)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be physically fit

• Able to perform under pressure.

• Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

The ITIL Specialist t is responsible for working with other process owners to ensure there is an integrated approach to the design and implementation of Change, Incident and Problem Management, Request Fulfillment Management, Access Management, as well as other ITIL process areas. • Develop and/or improve processes and also identify opportunities to better leverage existing technologies used to manage new and existing processes:

>Process Improvement – responsible for ensuring current and new ITIL processes are properly implemented by working with existing process owners to provide guidance and insight into process expectations and provide constructive and actionable feedback.

>Process Development – working with appropriate resources to understand development and document the processes needed to help expand and tailor the ITIL framework to the Aurecon environment.

>Process Delivery – for new ITIL process being implemented, act as the process owner to review, define and execute the process activities with the support of the rest of the IT organisation. This will also include training and education of the IT and supporting business teams of the process expectations and methodology to ensure that the IT Organisation understands and implements the processes.

• Maintaining the Managed Services process architecture, reviewing, and evaluating all proposed changes, whilst ensuring all processes operate in a seamless way.
• Provides strategic oversight of the ITIL processes and the interdependent cross-functional business tasks.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and oversees all Managed Services Operations Processes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create a governance framework, strategy and process for all new service introductions and Continual Service Improvement.
• Raise and maintain awareness of the Operations processes, including communicating information about, and any changes to, the processes internally with Managed Services and cross-functionally.
• Accountable for working with existing Operations Leads and other Process Leads in Delivery to create and maintain current knowledge articles and process documentation exist and are updated as an output to the enhancements, agile stories and /or new program initiatives
• Identify improvement opportunities, and helping to deliver them, is a key accountability factor for any process owner as well as identifying and resolving process issues.
• Maintain holistic oversight of process design, continual improvement of the processes and associated metrics

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering is highly desirable
• At least 5 years’ experience in Information Technology
• Sound working experience of Service Management / ITIL processes
• Use and management of ServiceNow with the ability to create reports
• Experience in service delivery leadership roles within a technology environment
• Experience working in a service environment where ITIL service management principles and processes are implemented.
• Leadership and people management experience; goal setting, coaching, performance managing and inspiring others to achieve.
• Solid understanding of technology services (including ITIL) with sufficient technical background to understand the different architectures of the core systems, and to understand the impact of new technologies.
• Experience of enterprise level applications is advantageous

This role

As a Graphic Designer at Twinkl, you’ll join a small production team made up of Teacher Content Writers, Teacher Content Editors, Illustrators and Graphic Designers to produce a wide variety of beautiful learning materials that will be downloaded, printed, and utilised for learning in education settings around the world. Upon joining, you’ll undergo 3 weeks of foundation training learning about our brand guidelines, design templates, software and working methods, giving you the tools needed to be a fantastic, efficient and effective designer of educational materials.

Once training is completed, you’ll utilise programs such as InDesign, PowerPoint and Word to work through a steady stream of editorial and layout design work, collaborating with the qualified teachers who write and check the content for our resources before they’re uploaded to our website. Within Country/Product teams we create different types of resources covering all areas of the curriculum and across a wide age range every week. The resource types and age range you will be working on will depend on the team you join. As such, you should be passionate about education and excited to contribute to a market-leading business that helps teachers spend more time with children and less time doing the admin that surrounds it.

This position is a 12-month contract for 37.5 hours per week of work. As a self-employed position, it comes with lots of flexibility in how you manage your schedule, but unlike many other freelance roles you’ll be welcomed into and feel very much a part of a focused team that meets regularly via video call, collaborates together and works closely as its own production unit. How you’ll spend your day:

• Your morning may start with a short video call with the rest of your production team. This meeting gives everyone a chance to update on what you’re working on, highlight any blockers and review priorities. It’s also a chance to have a chat with your colleagues and set you up for the day ahead!
