The successful incumbent will represent the first line of defense, with a focus on providing quality periodic review work on both clients and investors, supporting the Asia Pacific Team. Periodic Review

• Perform AML/KYC periodic reviews and drive remediation efforts on existing clients to ensure all gaps are closed and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• To support team members in conducting screening, review of due diligence documents including source of funds & wealth, and risk assessments within established timelines.
• To ensure KYC documents are up to date and properly recorded/refreshed.
• To provide independent recommendations to mitigate the identified risks across the existing client book where necessary, and/or be responsible for escalating the findings to the necessary stakeholders.
• To assist the wider cluster teams with managing client data and trackers to see through the completion of full client KYC lifecycles.
• To perform management reporting on key statistics and status updates in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

• Support other IQ-EQ departments, provide and share AML/KYC expertise during day to day business
• Responsible of a portfolio of investors and clients for AML/KYC onboarding and periodic review process

The Software & Data Engineer III develops, implements, and maintains data & software solutions that enable business operations to realize company goals and objectives. The incumbent performs complete end to end SDLC including analysis (data analysis), design, coding, debugging, testing, and support of software applications. What will you do?

• Operationalize Recruitment Processes:
• Design, optimize, and implement recruitment processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness (use data-driven insights and automation wherever possible).
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Bill dot com:

• Enter and verify vendor invoices in Bill dot com, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Utilize Bill.com approval workflow to route invoices for internal review and authorization.
• Manage exceptions and discrepancies, communicating effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly payment proposals for review by the Accounts Payable Manager.

Accounts Payable Processing:

• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all payables activity.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Vendor Management:

• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries.
• Collection of documents for vendor onboarding and importing data into our AP system.
• Assist with updating and maintaining vendor information in Bill.com and internal systems.
• Assist with resolving vendor disputes and issues.

As the head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in operationalizing our recruitment efforts to support our rapidly growing organization.  We recognize the necessity of building a robust talent acquisition strategy to fuel our continued success.
