WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Front-End Developer within our technology team, you will be responsible for implementing user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences. Collaborating with the UX/UI Designer and Back-End Developers, you will bring web applications to life using Vue.js and other modern front-end technologies. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will play a key role in delivering customer-centric digital solutions.

This role will play a crucial part in ensuring responsive seamless and high-quality IT support environment. The incumbent will oversee the efficient resolution of helpdesk tickets while handling 2nd line support escalations. Requires proactive hands-on approach on issue resolution and request fulfillment.
