ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is diverse, as it will cover responsibility across multiple companies and people. 

About 50 - 60% of time will be spent directly supporting the Managing Director (MD) and his companies, with the remaining time supporting the team at one specific company in Dubai.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a database of SOP's for the exec and companies, particularly around repeatable tasks.
• Managing various email inboxes and responding on behalf of the MD (where appropriate).

1. Website Optimization:

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website performance.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and address SEO issues for optimal website health.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web content.

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly website aligned with SEO requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest web development trends and implement innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress website issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Create custom and template landing pages and microsites using HubSpot.
• Collaborate and work proactively with external agencies for future website development and redesign.
• Maintain website backups, plugin updates and other critical patches and security issues for our WordPress site.

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform content strategies and improve search rankings.
• Analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies to maximize organic traffic (SEMrush and HubSpot).

• Utilize web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on website performance (GA4, HubSpot and 6Sense).
• Generate regular reports on SEO metrics, providing insights and recommendations (GA4, SEMrush, and HubSpot).

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketers, to align SEO strategies with overall digital marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to implement and refine the digital marketing strategy.

• Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Alternatively, significant industry experience will be considered.
• Proven experience in SEO strategy implementation and website development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages.
• Proficiency in HubSpot landing page creation and optimization, including custom code to go, ‘outside of the template.’
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools, Google Analytics, and other web analytics platforms, including SEMrush, HubSpot and 6Sense.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
