The Active Directory Administrator/Officer ensures availability and reliability of in maintaining the stability and performance of our IT systems. You will be responsible for administration of Active Directory/Group Policy and maintaining the servers and related components to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact our productions. Responsibilities:

• Create/Delete, modify, and troubleshoot Group Policies
• The Active Directory / Group Policy Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of multiple Active Directory Environments, to include proper functioning of the systems, the health of multiple forests, view logs, and troubleshoot problems as they arise

As an End-User Helpdesk Agent, you will be primarily responsible for providing frontline user management and customer support. What we expect of you, day to day.

• Daily execution of payments, including Faster Payments, International Payments/SWIFT, ACH domestic payments, and global real time payment schemes, in line with the agreed cut offs for JIT
