Summary

Responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management system in accordance with the ib vogt’s corporate policies, the applicable local regulations, and international standards (e.g. the Equator Principles IV, the IFC Performance Standard, and the IFC General EHS Guidelines).

You will report to the Head of EPC APAC and be a member of the management team. The position will have a functional reporting line to the E&S Manager, APAC.

Strategy and Capacity Building

• Establish and maintain a robust regional HSE long-term and short-term objectives including policies, procedures, and work plans to contribute the achievement of ib vogt’s HSE vision and mission.
• Develop and implement HSE management system in accordance with the prevailing regulations, international standards and ib vogt’s strategy.
• Continually review and update the prevailing applicable HSE regulation and other international standards register including its compliance program.
• Ensure HSE compliance program is carried out to minimize the HSE risks and to avoid workplace incidents as well as non-compliances.
• Establish and implement HSE training program, including induction program to enhance employees and main EPC contractors on the HSE awareness and competencies.
• Establish and implement internal and external communication program including employee's participation and consultation plan to facilitate effective HSE management system implementation.

Regional Project HSE Management

• Establish Project Health & Safety Plan and Policy, Project Emergency Response Preparedness Plans, Traffic Management Plan, and Non-Compliance Protocol - and periodically test and review its adequacy and suitability.
• Oversee Project Main EPC contractors’ HSE performances against agreed standards during construction phase.
• Ensure the incident investigation and analysis is carried out in accordance with ib vogt’s HSE standards and procedures, and to develop the necessary corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Establish and implement HSE inspection program to spot out potential non-conformance and followed by effective corrective and preventive action.
• Establish HSE internal audit program to verify the effectiveness, suitability and adequacy of the HSE management system.
• Generate regular HSE monitoring reports to track Project KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate HSE considerations into operational plans and processes.
• Bring forth HSE reports in monthly basis and present it to the regional in vogt’s Management providing HSE management system performance including compliance status.

Additional Task:

• Contribute to regional HSE analysis to identify systemic issues and assess trends, including propose the internal HSE policies/procedures adjustments as needed.
• Contribute to regional supervision HSE reviews and periodic reports.
• Handle additional assignments as directed by the regional Management or Project.

Client Services Commercial and Money Movement Solutions provides industry-leading and operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manifest Submission.
• Ensure all necessary information and documents concerning inbound charges are accurately disseminated to concern parties.
• Ensure prompt payments are made on time with carriers and co-loaders
• Monitoring of KPIs that includes SOI,SOC,DQ, UFF
• Ensure accuracy of P&L, Debit Note and Credit Note before confirming.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry in CW, invoice issuance and closing of shipment file per KPI requirement.
• Resolution of issues for first level escalations.
• Keep the system updated and ensure billing to client upon arrival of vessel.
• Liase with Bureau of Customs with regards to customs formalities and issues
• Endorses import documents prior to cargo owner’s representative/brokers for processing at the Bureau of Customs
• Communicates with origin Agents and internal COS team
• Check all required documents and compliance: commercial invoice, packing list, cargo compliance (nature/ geography)
• Securing valid QM/OSG prior the arrival of shipments
• Securing Debit Note from origin, if any
• Input up to date information in CW1: Tasks, milestones, events, deviations, and any other relevant information to guarantee execution of the shipment and data quality according to customer’s SOP and our internal standards.
• Submits documents for billing to biller based on the agreed KPI and send billing invoice to consignee/brokers.
• Prepares documents to CFS operators for container pullout
• Coordinate with CFS container stripping status and monitor unreleased cargoes.

• Must possess any Bachelor's Degree or Logistics and Transportation
• Has at least minimum of three (3) years work experience in Logistics and Freight Forwardinf Industry
• Prior experience in freight forwarding, particularly in air and sea freight, is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and powerpoint
• Ability to provide value added business solutions and alternatives

This role provides administrative support for various tasks, such as preparation of reports, charts, and other presentation materials, inventory of office supplies, timekeeping duties and maintenance of files, databases and archives of relevant records to one or more managers in a department or group in an organization. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to one or more executives, performing day-to-day tasks such as coordinating diaries, preparing materials for meetings, organizing and managing data, and serving as a liaison with other departments. A valuable asset to the executive team, the Executive Assistant is expected to communicate effectively, display a strong sense of professionalism, resourcefulness, and the highest degree of confidentiality.

The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client-specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited to interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
• Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
• Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs (i.e. pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking)
• Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly so the contractor can start assignments on time.

This role is primarily responsible for translating learning needs into high quality, best-in-class program design and learning content and working with key stakeholders in advising on training needs, best practices, system capabilities, assignments, and roll out strategy. It will also provide Learning Management System (LMS) administration, technical support, and reporting of learning programs.

• Leverages knowledge from adult learning theories, design guidelines, and technical knowledge to create visually appealing and engaging trainings.
• Can provide direction and advice on which training materials and modalities best fit the project’s learning needs.
• Has the ability to translate Subject Matter Expert knowledge and vision into on-demand learning that engages the learner and keeps them coming back.
• Researches and stays on top of learning industry design best practices.

• Address critical and unique issues with the guidance of Team Lead for timely resolution of escalated issues. Identify risks and propose ways to prevent occurrence of similar issues and concerns.

• Resolve identified issues and keep the Team Lead updated for open or ongoing concerns.
• Work with Team Lead to develop process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
• Develop and prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for periodic and ad hoc requirements.
• Lead and support key projects, audit reviews, activities, and documentation.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior members of the team in completing projects and performing activities.

The OJT’s will be able to assist in the daily laboratory activities like sample
preparation, basic routine test and other relatedjobs.

The program follows a training module with evaluation of performance at the end of the training period.

Position Description:

The Client Care Associate will be part of our Client Services team within the Global Contact Center organization and will be responsible for supporting financial institutions and partners with our Visa Commercial Solutions and Visa Direct products. As a Client Care Associate, you will be working with external clients and banks along with internal Technical Solutions, Compliance, Treasury, Product and Technical teams regarding issue management and support for Visa Commercial Solutions and Visa Direct Products/Services.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Specific Responsibilities will include:

* Provide service to clients via phone calls and online support cases that are advanced and escalated (Level 2 support)

* Investigate and research issues, gather additional information as needed, to successfully resolve or re-route the issue. Determine which issues need escalation or routing to other internal teams

* Identify file formats and connection errors (APIs, STFP, JSON, SWIFT- PACS, MT, ISO, Etc.) to determine if sufficient information is provided for issue resolution

Job Summary:
The Senior Land Acquisition Manager - Right of Way for Transmission Lines is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of land acquisition and right of way processes to support the successful development and execution of transmission line projects. Reporting to the Head of Project Development, the Senior Land Acquisition Manager will lead a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary land rights, permits, and approvals. This position is crucial in aligning strategic land acquisition efforts with the company’s project goals and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in land acquisition for large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects and possess a deep understanding of regulatory and legal aspects of right of way acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for land acquisition and right of way processes for transmission line and access road projects.
Provide strategic guidance to the acquisition team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and regulatory requirements.
Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for land acquisition activities, regularly monitoring progress to ensure project objectives are met.

Risk Management & Due Diligence:

• Lead the identification and assessment of commercial, legal, and regulatory risks associated with transmission line routes and right of way acquisitions.
• Develop and enforce best practices for due diligence, ensuring compliance with legal standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to proactively address potential risks and resolve complex property issues.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, local government units (LGUs), national government agencies, and other regulatory bodies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level discussions with government entities (DAR, BIR, DENR CENRO, Registry of Deeds, etc.), securing endorsements, permits, and clearances necessary for project development.
• Represent the company in negotiations, public consultations, and discussions with community leaders and stakeholders to secure support and mitigate opposition.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and mentor a team of land acquisition specialists, providing direction, training, and development to enhance team performance and efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the team to improve processes, address challenges, and ensure a unified approach toward land acquisition objectives.
• Actively participate in recruitment and selection of new team members, ensuring the team has the necessary expertise and capabilities.

Project Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and project development teams to ensure alignment on project needs and constraints related to land and right of way acquisitions.
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Project Development and senior management on project status, risk assessments, and critical issues impacting timelines and budgets.
• Act as a bridge between various departments to facilitate the smooth flow of information and resolve conflicts related to land acquisition processes.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all land acquisition activities are conducted in strict adherence to applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of all documentation required for permit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of agreements, permits, clearances, and other critical documents, ensuring data integrity and easy accessibility.

Financial Oversight:

• Manage the budget for land acquisition and right of way activities, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining compliance with financial protocols.
• Review and approve financial reports related to land acquisition expenditures, ensuring alignment with project budgets and corporate financial policies.

• Maintains quality and consistency levels of production and presentation and consistently monitors expenses.
• Ensures waste is minimized through accurate ordering, adhering to established par levels, production and maintains and sets sanitation, hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensures team productivity through training, coaching and mentoring.

• Promotes and sells customized spa programs, and ensures effective communication amongst all departments within the hotel.
