Analyzing and summarizing all due diligence materials related to the credit quality of businesses or assets being acquired or owned by ASC, including the analysis of the company or asset’s historical and present financial condition, products and/or services, sales and marketing strategies, customer and supplier base, industry dynamics, competitive position, management team, and financial projections;
Working with the Senior leadership to manage the due diligence, screening, and underwriting approval processes;
Assisting with the syndication process on transactions in which ASC is leading the financings;
Fulfilling all portfolio management requirements including on-going credit analysis, reporting and follow-on credit activities (amendments, recapitalizations, acquisitions, restructurings, etc.);
Supporting the firm’s efforts to attract, develop, and retain best-in-class origination, underwriting and portfolio management talent.
Strong finance and accounting skills along with an intense attention to detail.
Well-developed interpersonal skills to allow the candidate to successfully interface with external service providers and other members of the investment team.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage work flow while taking ownership for the results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Significant Experience with MS Excel, Outlook and Power Point; exposure to investment analysis software (, e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.) preferred
Occasional travel is required but role is based in Boston full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:
User Management: Adding new users, assigning roles and permissions, and managing access to different modules and features based on users' roles within the organization.
Configuration and Customization: Customizing NetSuite to meet the organization's unique requirements by configuring settings, creating custom fields, forms, and records, and modifying workflows and processes as needed.
Project Management: Overseeing the implementation of new features or functionalities in NetSuite, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. System Maintenance: Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that NetSuite is running smoothly. This may involve managing integrations with other systems and resolving any data or synchronization issues.
Data Management: Importing and exporting data, performing data cleanup and deduplication, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy within NetSuite.
Reporting and Analytics: Creating and customizing reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to users, answering questions, and helping troubleshoot any issues or challenges they encounter while using NetSuite. Coordinating meetings, trainings, or other events related to NetSuite iimplementations or upgrades.
Documentation and SOPs: Maintaining documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to NetSuite administration, as well as documenting any customizations or changes made to the system.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within NetSuite, implementing best practices, and working towards maximizing the value and efficiency of the NetSuite implementation for the organization.
2+ proven experience as a NetSuite Admin or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Proficiency in NetSuite Manufacturing.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management System, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations
