The Document Editor and Formatting Specialist plays a critical role in Company's foundational company initiative of ensuring that all our deliverables are clear, concise, and fully demonstrative of our high standards for quality, as well as scientific and technical excellence. Working closely with our staff at all levels, you will enhance our team by:

• Proof-reading, editing, and formatting a range of documents for clarity, consistency, grammar, organization, correctness, completeness, and conformity with Company or client style guidelines (including text, tables, graphics, and appendices)

• Assisting with maintenance of and quality control for internal content management systems

• Working rapidly under tight and competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of

quality

• Communicating efficiently and effectively with Project Managers and authors to resolve content questions, accommodate scheduling changes, and meet deadlines

• Recommending revisions or changes in approach, organization, structure, or flow of documents, as appropriate

• Providing meaningful feedback to document authors and management staff to improve

processes and deliverables

• Assisting with the development of document templates in MS Word

• Creating, combining, and manipulating complex PDFs in Adobe Acrobat

• Maintaining our deliverables tracking system and meeting with Project Managers regularly to review, update, and plan deliverables schedule

• Developing and reinforcing a company style guide

• Reinforcing internal quality control procedures and protocols

• Developing and facilitating staff trainings for topics including MS Word formatting, writing, and Companystyle

• Drafting and/or reviewing emails to staff, clients, and partners on behalf of Project Managers

Minimum Requirements:

Wrist Service Center is looking for an Information Security Lead. The perfect candidate holds a profound understanding of both GRC and operational aspects of Information Security and is preferably an Information Security Architect. This position will be reporting to the CISO and acting as a team lead for currently 4 local information security Specialists at the Manilla office, while also conducting tasks related to the field. The position will be closely working with HQ Security in Denmark. The entire Manilla team is considered part of the Information Security department, led by the CISO.  

As this security team in Manilla is only just being established, the entire team will take part in defining the capabilities of the team – naturally in collaboration with the HQ Security team and the CISO himself.

What you'll be doing:

Lead the Information Security Team at the Manila office

• Define and align initiatives and tasks with the CISO
• Assist the CISO in 
  • Ensuring high work satisfaction among the Manilla Team
  • Ensuring the Manilla team is trained.
  • Managing our backlog and sprints.
• Define the capabilities of the information security department.  

Risk Management 

• Assist in ensuring quality and necessary pace in assessments. 
• Conduct and review Risk Assessments. 
• Monitor/Audit risks and controls 
• Take the top lead on Third-Party Risk management

Operational Security

• Take part in managing our incidence response capability (Roles, training, playbooks)

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting suitable candidates. In this role, you will have a strong focus on direct sourcing, so you will need to be comfortable with headhunting and engaging passive candidates. You will ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information is entered into our Applicant Tracking System and building out our talent communities to guarantee we have a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.

As the first point of contact with candidates, you will play a critical role in optimizing the candidate experience and branding Allegis Global Solutions as an employer of choice. You will work closely with an onsite Talent Acquisition Business Partner to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness.

Reporting to the Sr Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.   

Suitable candidates will have strong experience with direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates using both traditional and innovative recruitment methodologies, as well as experience recruiting on various social media platforms. You must also have strong candidate management experience and love building strong relationships with candidates.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Implementing the sourcing strategy and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions in a designated functional area of the client’s organization.
• Utilizing a variety of sources in line with the client’s branding and social media policies with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.
• Responsibility for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.
• Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria defined by the client.
• Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database.
• Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans.
• Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
• Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies, etc.
