The Role

We are looking for a proactive, curious and eager-to-learn Junior Network Operations Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about developing their skills in network operations. Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and proactively identifying potential issues across Cubic's global connectivity platform.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of network issues, particularly related to SS7, Diameter, S6a signalling, VoLTE, SMS, CS voice, and network attach/data session problems during roaming.
• Collaborate with internal teams, MNO partners, and vendors to escalate complex issues, provide logs, traces, and collaborate on fixes for signalling or session-related problems.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of telecommunications networks (e.g., SS7, Diameter, VoLTE, LTE, 3G, 4G, IMS) is essential, with a strong desire to develop deeper expertise in these areas.
• Experience or familiarity with basic troubleshooting of network issues such as attach failures, data session setups, and performance inconsistencies is a plus.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, or other packet analysis tools.
• Strong interest in learning and developing troubleshooting skills for signalling protocols, network performance, and roaming issues.

Information Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing information security, cybersecurity and IT risk management programs based on industry-accepted information security and risk management frameworks. Responsibilities

• Document controller
  - Collate and organise documents related to compliance against international standards and regulatory requirements
  - Engage with ISMS stakeholders and other business unit heads and representatives in collecting pertinent documents
  - Manage documents and track versions, changes, and revisions according to emerging trends, regulatory and industry standard requirements

  - Assist the information security team in third-party risk management and other pertinent process and procedures related to managing security risks over vendors and third-party service providers.
  - Perform risk assessments and risk reviews pertinent to the ISMS according to ISO 27001, PCI DSS and other relevant security and privacy standards.
  - Provide security awareness to all employees by means of presentations, communications and other methodologies adopted by TSA and provide recommendations for strengthening and ensuring delivery of the security awareness campaign.
•  Security Incident management
  - Work with the information security team in reviewing, revising, and developing incident response plan and playbook
  - Regularly perform preparations and capability assessments and testing of incident response of TSA
  - Collaborate with information security team and IT specialists and engineers in determining areas for improvement with regards to incident response handling
• Cyber threat intelligence and vulnerability management
  - Perform threat intelligence through OSINT and other open-source methodologies
  - Assist the information security team in preparation and planning VAPT and red teaming activities
  - Develop, collate, and manage related documents in threat and vulnerability management.

• Verify and monitor vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions necessary
• Maintain all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation
• Handle requests for information/reports from management, auditors, or other business units
• Ensure that internal controls and procedures are followed and identify any discrepancies to the Accounts Payable Team Lead
• Support training to AP team as needed, including drafting of process documentation and training materials
• The Accounts Payable Analyst will be expected to meet the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and performance metrics.
• The Accounts Payable Analyst will work with –
• Local business and finance teams –
• Establish effective working relationships with relevant business teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Diligently follow up on approval of invoices to ensure prompt, timely payments to vendors

What we're looking for:

• At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related accounting field
• Effective written & verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to identify issues and solutions proactively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 ERP system will be an advantage

Note: This position is on a hybrid set-up but for the first 6 months, you will be required to be on-site every day for training.
