• Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategy:

• Operationalize Recruitment Processes:
• Design, optimize, and implement recruitment processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness (use data-driven insights and automation wherever possible).
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation.
• Own headcount plans to track progress and plan bandwidth of the talent acquisition team.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Build and Lead a High-Performing Team:

The T&E Analyst is an integral member of the US Reinsurance Finance team and supports Arch’s T&E policies, system and processes. The T&E Analyst is primary responsible for auditing of expense reports, providing user support by resolving user requests and ensuring adherence with Arch’s T&E Policies.  The T&E Analyst assists in the communication with Concur users and provides assistance identifying payment discrepancies, past due balances and performing reconciliation between user account balances in Concur with company credit card statements. Ability to understand and uphold the policies set forth in Arch’s T&E Policies is essential. The ability to maintain confidentiality of user personal & financial data is required.

• Liaise with Shared Services Teams (T&E) on daily activities while acting as point of contact.

As a member of Network Operations L1 Support team, the Sr. Application Analyst has the primary responsibility for monitoring the Corporate Visa Networks and providing first level response to assist in the mitigation or elimination of issues affecting network connectivity and impacting our clients or the Visa brand. The Software Engineer is responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions. The role includes working on Front-end and back-end systems. The main duties include understanding user requirements, translating them to Front/Back End code, developing database objects and APIs.

The candidate will provide analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and support of software applications.

1. The position is responsible for operational support and management for operating system patching activities covering the global user workstation landscape.

This position will require deep analytical thinking with the ability to combine security related information from multiple data sources and using that data to determine deployment methods and timelines for software patches, registry updates, and other security related configurations.  The Engineer will work with business units to plan and coordinate the patching activities with a focus on minimizing business impact during the event and ensuring systems are returned to optimal state after patching activities have been completed.
