Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this Associate role is responsible for attracting visitors to the stores by encouraging IKEA store visitors to stay longer and enjoy more. What the Client Success Consultant does at Visa:

As a Client Success Consultant based in Manila, you will be leading Client Services operational engagement for Visa clients in South East Asia (IPVMC), serving as an operational/technical consultant for Visa Government Solutions, Commercial Solutions and Money Movement products. This is an individual contributor role working independently under limited supervision and requires strong execution, technical knowledge, analytical skills, and relationship management with key stakeholders and clients.

The Consultant is the face of Visa's support organization to Visa's clients, which can include FIs, Fintech, Third Party Enablers, Corporates, Government Entities, NGOs, SMBs, and Govtech players. The role holder represent these clients internally to business, product and technology teams. You will be accountable for supporting clients in South East Asia (IPVMC) for all products relating to Visa Government Solutions, Commercial Solutions and Money Movement products. In this role, you are expected to:

• Provide high value customer service support on day-to-day items to Visa Clients and internal staff to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Be the voice of the client.

• Act as liaison for the client. Oversee and facilitate as single touchpoint for non-traditional client as governments, NGO, SMBs, Govtech, when solutions require multiple Visa delivery teams. The Credit Settlement Risk (CSR) team is part of the Risk function and acts as a 2nd Line of Defence. CSR is responsible for protecting Visa and its shareholders from financial loss and goodwill damage because of a member’s failure to fulfil its settlement obligations.

What a Director, Credit Risk Management does at Visa:

• Lead and drive new credit risk solutions in a complex, high-risk emerging markets where the economic and geo-political landscape can be unstable.
• The complexity of markets requires an experienced Director to engage with the Business and client’s senior management for multi-regional and strategic clients in Asia Pacific.  Any mishandling of the relationship will be costly to Visa and take years to mend.
• A seasoned credit specialist with at least 12+ years of deep knowledge of the emerging market risks, possess strong command of the English language with sharp acumen.
• This position also supports new and weaker fintech applicants that requires keen eyes to assess and monitor the risks of the growing Fintech portfolio in Asia Pacific where the regulatory and legal framework are still not well established in under-developed countries.
• With increasing cryptocurrency wallet providers and new fintech players that are not well capitalized emerging in higher risk markets, the incumbent is expected to provide innovative solutions to manage the credit risks of these clients.  This often involves educating the AEs and negotiating with C-Suites from clients on CSR’s requirements.
• Lead Visa’s key market initiatives and ensuring that proper processes are in place to support credit due diligence and ongoing monitoring.

As the head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in operationalizing our recruitment efforts to support our rapidly growing organization.  We recognize the necessity of building a robust talent acquisition strategy to fuel our continued success. This role requires a strategic mindset, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate closely with our clients, internal hiring managers, and exec team to realize their immediate and future talent needs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategy:
• Understand our global and local needs so you can build and manage an integrated strategy across our distributed geographic locations
• Collaborate with Sales, Clients, & internal hiring managers to identify key hiring needs across various departments and business units.
• Partner as the key service provider to internal stakeholders when defining roles, pooling, sourcing, and moving candidates through the experience while ensuring full transparency and visibility into progress on a role-by-role, region-by-region, and where appropriate, client-by-client basis.
• Keep accurate data on all talent acquisition initiatives. Analyze data and report findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
• Relationship and performance management of the recruitment service providers to ensure effective service delivery as-and-when required.
• Forecast talent acquisition needs based on business growth plans.
• Operationalize Recruitment Processes:
• Design, optimize, and implement recruitment processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness (use data-driven insights and automation wherever possible).
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation.
• Own headcount plans to track progress and plan bandwidth of the talent acquisition team.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment data, activities, trends, and outcomes.
• Build and Lead a High-Performing Team:
• Develop and mentor TA Leaders providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Establish performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Measuring TA metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire etc.)
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the talent acquisition team.
• Allocate resources and prioritize tasks to meet hiring demands across the organization.
• Partner with Clients and Internal Hiring Managers:
• Serve as a market expert.  WOW our clients with your knowledge of the market and how we will land the talent they need.  
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and proactively developing recruitment plans to address them.
• Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers on recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate feedback.
• Enhance Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
• Establish an employer branding strategy to attract the right candidates to our openings.
• Enhance the candidate experience to influence Boldr’s brand reputation and increase the Company’s ability to deploy talent within agreed timelines.
• Monitor talent acquisition impacts and adjust methodologies to maintain high success rates.
• Develop and execute initiatives to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent to the organization.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Leverage employer branding efforts to differentiate our organization in the competitive talent marketplace.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines.
• Establish and manage partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and job boards.

WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU

YOU HAVE…

• 8+ years Experience in TA with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Experience in 2+ geos strongly preferred).  
• Experience with high-volume recruitment is required. BPO or Staffing Agency Experience preferred. 
• Proven track record of successfully scaling recruitment efforts in a high-growth environment.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist who'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, maintaining positive relationships with vendors, and contributing to the smooth flow of financial operations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Bill dot com:

• Enter and verify vendor invoices in Bill dot com, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Utilize Bill.com approval workflow to route invoices for internal review and authorization.
• Manage exceptions and discrepancies, communicating effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly payment proposals for review by the Accounts Payable Manager.

Accounts Payable Processing:

• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all payables activity.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Vendor Management:

• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries.
• Collection of documents for vendor onboarding and importing data into our AP system.
• Assist with updating and maintaining vendor information in Bill.com and internal systems.
• Assist with resolving vendor disputes and issues.
