Based in Manila, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our existing and upcoming clients worldwide, as part of our global support function stationed in London, New York and Manila.
The Client Support team sits within the Payment and Service Operations department and is responsible for the first line support of Visa Payments Limited client enquiries.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Provision of telephone, email and portal-based support to Visa Payments Limited’s client base
Register, investigate and diagnose a variety of payment and service related incidents and requests
Ensure all incident & request related actions / activities and communications are accurately recorded in the case management system
Manage all incidents and requests in accordance with Visa Payments Limited’s policies, procedures, and contractual commitments
Take ownership of incidents/requests and manage through to resolution by working closely with internal stakeholders and Visa Payments Limited’s global network of vendors & partners, escalating more complex queries where appropriate
Keep our clients regularly informed of the status and progress of open requests in line with SLAs/OLAs and manage expectations accordingly
Completion of a range of routine operational activities in support of team or client objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and partners

As TSA’s Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the financial obligations of the company by overseeing the payment of invoices and ensuring that all financial transactions related to the company's expenses are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

What will your normal day look like? 

• Reviewing and processing invoices received from vendors, suppliers, and  service providers
• Set up new vendors through our EFTSure verification system to verify their bank details against bank database. Verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of 
• invoices, ensuring that goods or services were received as per the agreed-upon 
• terms. verifying vendors through our EFTSure system.
• Entering invoice details and relevant financial information into the company's 
• accounting system Epicor.
• Coordinating and processing payments to vendors and suppliers according to established payment terms and schedules.
• Monitoring and managing the company's expenses in Promaster, and ensuring 
• compliance with financial policies.
• Corresponding with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and other financial matters.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions, invoices, and payment documentation.
• Reconciling accounts payable records with statements from vendors and resolving any discrepancies.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal 
  requirements related to accounts payable processes. Ensuring compliance with internal IT policies related to phishing, scams and fraudulent emails.
• Generating reports on accounts payable activities, financial liabilities, and 
  outstanding payments for management review. 

TSA's People Officer provides generalist human resources support to the People Team and relevant stakeholders including, but not limited to, employee relations, leadership coaching, workplace health and safety, policy and procedures review/development and reward and recognition initiatives. The People Officer is an integral part of the People Team in addition to providing first level human resources information and advice to leaders and employees they have a focus on analysis, insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

The People Officer analyses a variety of data sources to reveal current workplace trends and opportunities.
The People Officer will partner with the People Operations team to brainstorm and implement initiatives that directly address data trends and improve business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the 'HR Admin" inbox and escalate queries where required
• Coordinate screening and selection process for TSA's quarterly Legends Award
• Assist in the deployment, retrieval and analysis of the Engage Survey
• Action People Operations team responsibilities in IT asset management procedures
• Support the People Coordinator to manage the HR Service Desk (SD) and action delegated tickets
• Support the People Coordinator on background HR screening checks for internal recruitment/transfers, re-hires and development opportunities as requested.

• Support preliminary and formal workplace investigations as requested
• Support the preparation of employer responses to external claims as requested (eg. unfair dismissal, adverse action and discrimination claims) 
• Develop, or support the development, of resources for leaders and improve processes. (eg. leader upskilling decks)

• Assist with collating/ updating HR and Safety training material
• Manage AU's First Aid officer and Fire Warden Register for each site
• Conduct regular audits to ensure all sites have appropriate number of WHS, register of First First Aid Officers and Fire Wardens.
• Log and maintain all accidents and nodents in the HR System.
• Interpret AU workplace health and safety and workers compensation/ injury management legislation
• Support the manogement of the polcy review register for all policies/procedures and resources on HR Holl-Time

• Assist with the delivery of national employee engagement processes surveys and initiatives (e.g. Engage)
• Assist with the delivery of reward and recognition awards le.g, TSA Ways

Dispute Support representatives are responsible for daily reviews of email boxes and queues, working in several different systems to manage workload and support the Dispute team members.  The position handles the high volume, repetitive tasks that allows the team members to focus on cases that are more complex.  Over time and through on-the-job experience, you can acquire the skills and knowledge required to manage more complex dispute related work.  Dispute Support representatives collaborate with several groups internally within Visa.

Essential Functions
-    Review, respond, forward and manage the dispute group email boxes
o    Ensure questions are responded to according to procedures and within the expected timeframe
-    Process dispute cancelations, respond to case status updates, and review reconciliation requests from clients
-    Follow up with any issues with various departments within Visa 
-    Forward escalations to leads and appropriate
-    Work queues via MasterCom.  Check daily for case filings and file cases
-    Review and forward faxed documentation from Rightfax to the appropriate team member so they can work the case within timeframes
o    Create cases for all new disputes received
-    Process all incoming mail and returned mail correspondence
o    Create cases for all new disputes received
-    Monitor mailroom drive for any correspondence that needs attention
-    Process closing duplicate cases that are created in error
-    Work referrals by denying or responding to according to procedures for select clients
-    Process under business minimum disputes according to procedures
-    Maintain a no representment queue during peak season to assist team members with volumes
-    Work off business hours as required to support the global team

This is an on-site position. An on-site position must be consistently performed at an assigned Visa office location and require daily commute to the office location.

What we expect of you, day to day

In this role you will be primarily responsible for assisting implementation and ongoing monitoring of adherence with compliance controls associated with the regulatory compliance obligations of Visa Payment Limited. Primary focus is on (but not limited to) Payment Services Regulations, Wire Transfer Regulations, Bribery Act, Criminal Finances Act and their application.

• Testing controls that are being performed by wider business first line teams as well as compliance teams.

• Assisting with enhancing First Line of Defense (FLOD) and Monitoring Frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Monitoring that risks are being adequately managed.

• Monitoring performance and consistencies across the function and feeding back to the Regulatory Compliance Director and/or Senior Manager.
