• Support the Luxembourg-based RC (‘responsable du contrôle du respect des obligations’) and the Know Your Asset (‘KYA’) teams in carrying out their daily responsibilities concerning AML/KYC compliance for both external and internal parties.

AML & Compliance officer will:

• Review and analyze the necessary KYC/KYA documents received to onboard new clients and conduct asset KYA analysis for the Asset DD service;
• Generate and manage reports on AML/KYC data for both investments and clients, including creating checklists to track document statuses for each investment;
• Assist the Luxembourg team in creating various AML/CFT and KYA reports such as the RC annual report, agreements, quarterly RC report, AED/CSSF forms, and more.
• Support implementation and maintenance of document collection procedures, including monitoring shared folders for updates;
• Conduct checks using screening tools like WorldCheck for name screening against financial sanctions lists, PEPs, and regulatory enforcement entities;
• Perform Adverse Media controls;
• Escalate significant AML/CFT deficiencies and issues to Senior management of the RC/KYA team;
• Provide support to the RC and KYA teams for any ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders;

Position Description:

The Client Care Associate will be part of our Client Services team within the Global Contact Center organization and will be responsible for supporting financial institutions and partners with our Visa Commercial Solutions and Visa Direct products. * Provide service to clients via phone calls and online support cases that are advanced and escalated (Level 2 support)

As an Active Directory Administrator at Octal Philippines Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be the management and administration of Active Directory services, ensuring seamless operation, and supporting various IT initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing best practices related to Active Directory management, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the overall performance of the system.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 4 years’ experience in an organization with a large level, 24x7, mission critical operations environment supporting enterprise systems.
• Able to troubleshoot complex Active Directory problems, develop effective solutions, and work with teams to implement remedies.
• Good verbal and written communication and listening skills; computer literate, detailoriented and meticulous, accounting-related technical skills and knowledge; basic program facilitation, presentation skills, knowledgeable in software development life cycle, knowledgeable in training needs analysis, conceptualizing training plan and assessment of training programs. Ensuring maximum efficiency, effectiveness, flexibility and responsiveness to the assessment, design and implementation.
