Job Summary: The Loan Settlement Analyst is responsible for supporting the loan closing process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, and facilitating the efficient and timely closing of LMA and LSTA loans in European and North American Market. This role involves working closely with counterparties, loan agents and clients to ensure timely and accurate trade settlements mainly on S&P loan closing platform- ClearPar.

This role will primarily support the completion of month-end activities by preparing, analyzing, and reporting moderately complex financial transactions and information.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of journal entries, month end activities, and reports.

• Perform and review Zerorized AP entries to create vouchers for project codes.

The Senior Director, Pasay lead, Asia Pacific Client Services is expected to provide strategic, functional, and technical leadership for all the cross functional delivery and operations for the AP Client Services teams that are based in our Pasay Market Support Centre. They will be accountable for supervising and growing a high-performing and cohesive team, aligned to the global Client Services strategy and to the Asia Pacific ambitions of Visa, by providing leadership to a team of people leaders and individual contributors. The Tax Analyst is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and ensuring the accuracy of tax filings and compliance with national and local tax regulations. He/She handles tax computations, reviews tax returns, and monitors tax payments for timely submission to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Additionally, he/she assists with tax audits, maintains tax records, and provides support for tax planning and reporting activities to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring legal compliance.

A. LOCAL AND NATIONAL TAX APPLICATION AND PAYMENTS

• Prepares, files, and ensures funding of remittances of various taxes to the Bureau of Internal Revenue and to submit the required reports regularly and timely
