The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing remote IT support to the XP Asia (AP) business. Their duties will include a wide range of tasks such as hardware and software configuration, fault finding, and repair, as well as undertaking individual projects to meet the specific needs of the business. Additionally, this position will assist with level I support tickets for AP during Singapore (SGT) business hours and collaborate with the entire APIT team to ensure timely resolution of lower-level tickets, with a focus on the Asian Offices, though some overlap with the respective US and EU IT roles will be expected.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day basic operations of the XP APIT systems and networks.
• Ensure compliance of all global XP Power systems with the Global Cyber Security Policies and Disaster Recovery plans. 
• Daily troubleshooting and maintenance of all company computers and other related IT equipment.
• Address level 1 on the IT Ticket System, via remote support during normal SGT business hours.
• Daily measure and continuously improve help desk capabilities to better end-user experience.
• Configuration of all Company MIS Equipment and installation of software according to work instructions.
• Maintain the Asset Database and perform audits as required. 
• Record IT-related purchases in the log for budget tracking.

• Assist maintenance of metrics on tickets, incidents, Help Desk statistics, and Address level 1 past due IT Tickets.

The role will be supporting the day-to-day payroll services for the assigned region (Middle East) by processing assigned processes in compliance with established methodologies, regulations, service-level-agreements (SLA), and processes. The North America Digital Implementations team provides content services and implementations support to the overall NA Implementations group for products and services such as DPS Mobile, Visa Campaign Solutions (VCS), Visa In-app Provisioning for SDK & API, and other digital initiatives and offerings.

What the Implementation Consultant for Digital Implementations will do

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for solving moderate to complex problems and taking a broad perspective to identify solutions for new and existing Visa digital initiatives. This role requires strong communication, organizational, analytical and execution skills as well as working independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.

Projects you will be a part of:

The Implementation Consultant will work on projects such as SDK Enablement and BIN Adds, VCS Campaign Operations, VCS Content Services, Transaction Alerts configuration and other digital implementations projects. You will get the opportunity to partner with the Global Implementation teams in understanding the project requirements and work with other internal partners to implement them successfully. You will also have to work closely with Product, Client Readiness and Tech teams as we continue to expand our businesses and resolve issues.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Builds, enhances and maintains an Enterprise Data Warehouse that serves the reporting and analytical needs for AECOM. Participates in Systems Delivery Life Cycle for Data Analytics and Reporting projects including preparing detailed technical design documents; designing and developing ETL/ELT code and database objects; participating in unit and system testing; engaging with supporting administration teams, Cognos metadata developers, and data analysts; and providing production and off-hours operations support as needed.

• Develops data warehouse data models and data integration jobs, using Oracle RDBMS, SQL/PLSQL, and/or Informatica PowerCenter. Responsible for populating the data warehouse, sourcing data from various databases and application platforms including but not limited to Oracle RDBMS, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle E-Business Suite, Workday, Salesforce, Smart Recruiters, and Dun & Bradstreet.
