What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing and post-production, with a focus on motion graphics and animations.
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media Arts, Film and Video Production, or a relevant field is a plus.
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Your Responsibilities 

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays an important role in providing operational support to the revenue generating teams (Business development and Key Account Management) achieve its targets in the key client segments of banks, insurances, asset managers, asset owners, corporates, and redistribution channels. • Providing friendly and personal support to the client community via email and chat support channels.
• Being the single point of contact for all sales and inquiries from customers. Follow through the chat that eventually leads to a sale or a resolution to customer’s inquiries.
• Engage and support the team with customers’ private viewing.
• Maintain customer database on all interactions
• Addressing support issues and identifying top user issues.
• Working with the team to proactively address them and find relevant solutions.
