RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Direct audit activities

•    Strive for continual improvement of the existing quality monitoring systems and the processes by which they are developed
•    Conduct calibration sessions between the sales managers
•    Develop reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities including daily quality score report, performance improvement initiative reports and monthly quality report
•    Develop new ideas to improve overall quality in the process
•    Conduct meetings regularly with inspection and audit team to help consistency in teamwork.

Job Description

• Responsible for preparation of administration tasks in relation to PE Fund Structures.

Client Servicing 

• Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with client’s senior management

Responsibilities

• Monthly review and delivery of pre-agreed performance reporting for various clients’ portfolios
• Review of various analytics (Total returns, IRR, Investment multiples, DPI and Yield on Cost) before and after release to the client

The Private Sector Coordinator, under the supervision of the Private Sector Manager, will provide technical guidance and support to the program in private sector engagement and entrepreneurship in project sites, and focus on bridging or transitioning youth program completers with employers or self-employment opportunities.
 

Essential Functions 

The Private Sector Coordinator’s specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical assistance to the Youth Development Alliances (YDA) to support their capacity improvement in the following areas. This will be conducted in coordination with the Youth Development Coordinator (YDC).
         a) information-gathering regarding employer and industry labor/manpower needs and self-employment opportunities; and
         b) continuous relationship-building with prospective local employers and local industry players.

- Support the YDA in conducting their periodic region-specific labor market assessments (LMA) and using the results to inform programming and ensure alignment of youth skills development with employer and industry needs.

- Support capacity building of selected TVET institutions and universities in conducting and analyzing localized LMA, with the support of the YDC.

- In coordination with the YDC, support capacity building of local training service providers and partners to offer effective employment services for youth as well as implement job intermediation services.

- Assist the YDAs to mobilize local networks of stakeholders who can collectively match learners/trainees and graduates with existing opportunities highlighted by the LMAs as well as provide recommendations to address skills gaps through training provision.

- As needed, support the YDC in providing technical assistance to youth service providers and YDAs to ensure they use a holistic lens when conducting outreach to the private sector, through EDC-led training/workshops for YDA and youth network.

- Support the YDC in the implementation of community employment opportunity mappings within their region/province/city by engaging the Local Government Unit (LGU) representatives, the DepEd ALS and TESDA, schools, community-based organizations (CBOs), associations of entrepreneurs and chambers of commerce, representatives of parents’ associations, and other education stakeholders.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Service Delivery

• Executes service scheduling of all contract & job sales, effectively communicates and responds to clients’ service requirements and queries within the Portfolio;
• Ensure timely preparation, monitoring and coordination of advanced fixed schedule for zone in alignment Service Supervisors
• Assists Service team in communicating service concerns and treatment schedule with customer
• Ensures timely and accurate submission of monthly State of Service (SOS).
• Prepares the SOR (service order reports) of confirmed schedules for transmittal to service supervisors.
• Daily encoding of treatment in IBS system and submit all served SOR’s to accounting / Revenue Officer for invoice attachment.
• Prepares necessary document such as Certification for Contracts and Termite service upon client’s request.

Administration and Policy Directive

• Ensures all required reports and returns are submitted on time, prepared accurately and in line with the business requirements, both local and regional.
• Monitor and ensure all required documents like Treatment Instruction, Account Checklist, etc. are available and complete for New Business and Jobs Sales prior to any service scheduling.
• Develop, recommend and implement policies that would increase service productivity and quality, reduce customer complaints and controls that would minimize if not eliminate risk & losses to the business.
• Maintain accurate records and submit on time all reports and documents as required by management.

Customer Development

• Ensure proper coordination, monitoring, handling and follow up of all customer service complaints and concerns (2/24).
• Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences necessary for business growth and government legislation compliance
