This position will play a key role in supporting the media sales team to ensure they are successfully utilizing Google Ads Manager (GAM) and The Tradedesk(TTD) to run Direct campaigns and achieve their business objectives.

This is a full-time role in the Philippines (remote).
 

Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert for all campaigns run in Google Ads Manager and The Tradedesk DSP.

• Execute and guide campaigns through their entire lifecycle - from pre-sell queries, to set up, to implementation, to optimization, post-campaign performance report and billing.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key part in looking after the team, ensuring that our monthly and other reporting deadlines are met. The Customer Experience Associates will assist our Customer Experience Lead in giving quality customer support to the buyers and sellers of the platform and maintaining the Marketplace Experience of our users. This is an 12-month project-based role in Ortigas, Pasig. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly and personal support to the client community via email and chat support channels.
• Being the single point of contact for all sales and inquiries from customers. Follow through the chat that eventually leads to a sale or a resolution to customer’s inquiries.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Procurement Management

Training and Development

• Redundancy/resilience building is essential for this role to ensure there are no substantial disruptions to Instock Operations in the event of personal or annual leave, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Prior experience in team and operations management, or a related field.
