Responsibilities

The Senior Application Developer is responsible for developing, documenting, and supporting internal and client dashboard (standard and complex) using industry standard tools within company’s system. Follow definition of done and process around Azure DevOps. Explore and learn other relevant programming language and application. Interaction with the end user to establish report requirements will be necessary.

Tasks

• Develop, maintain, and perform unit testing of internal reports and Cosmos dashboard (standard and complex).
• Define, execute, and interpret SQL/Snowflake queries. If needed, update data source query based on the client’s requirement.
• Create a conceptual representation of the data in SQL and Snowflake that is useful to Cosmos. Define the structure, relationship, and constraints of data understanding how data should be organized and used in a meaningful way.
• Transfer of pilot data onto portfolio monitoring platform for prospective client demonstrations, identifying the visuals based on the type of data set.
• Follow Definition of Done and process around Azure DevOps.
• Log time entries in NetSuite for BAU, change request, and other development activities.
• Perform Cosmos internal testing to ensure quality and compliance with the wireframe and mapping file.
• Review and create documentation for the onboarding client dashboard.
• Optimize workbook to ensure that best practices are being followed to maintain the performance speed of Cosmos.
• Communicate project status updates and recommendations to project manager, delivery solutions, and application development manager.

• Build or maintain flow in Tableau Prep to upload data to SQL Server and Snowflake.

The Funds Application Analyst is responsible for developing, documenting and supporting standard and custom reports within the company’s systems for both internal and external clients. Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

Reporting to the GCD Client Implementation Director, this role will lead the onboarding of new and incremental business, into the Client Service Shared Operations, ensuring it is proactively managed and planned in close coordination with the Country clusters. You will ensure the successful implementation of new Client work ensuring that it delivers on client quality expectations, contractual commitments, and the scalability of the Shared Service Team.

• Jointly work with the Cluster ‘on boarding’ Teams to define, plan, and execute high priority client initiatives into the Back Office shared service environment in line with the Business objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global standard operating model for ‘onboarding’ new business and related functional groups/business partners.
• Gather, collate, and provide regular reporting on potential new clients from Country Clusters, and impact on Shared services.
• Assist with the development of on-boarding and transition plans for new client onboarding and develop best practice models for service delivery.
• Preparation of client service plans including assessing client fund servicing needs, securing adequate resources to set up the account, build out the new processes required and an understanding the Technology needs.
• Act as the liaison between Front office and Shared Service Client teams to on-board clients to systems
• As required participate in discovery sessions to fully understand new client requirements, identify pain points for shared services & define the implementation approach for clients.
• Present and articulate shared services scope of work, features and standardized solutions, clear processes, and SLAs
• Coordinate with Shared Service Workforce Planning Team(s) to ensure incremental new business resources and skill required are forecasted accurately and recruited on time.

The Customer Experience Associates will assist our Customer Experience Lead in giving quality customer support to the buyers and sellers of the platform and maintaining the Marketplace Experience of our users. This is an 12-month project-based role (under a third-party agency) in Ortigas, Pasig. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly and personal support to the client community via email and chat support channels.
• Being the single point of contact for all sales and inquiries from customers. Follow through the chat that eventually leads to a sale or a resolution to customer’s inquiries.

The CRM team at Carousell tackles business objectives that surround the Carousell user by focusing on engagement, retention and reactivation. We carry out our mission first by developing a solid understanding of the different experience flows a user can undertake on the platform, before designing timely and relevant touchpoints on CRM channels (e.g. Push, Email) to engage accordingly. We develop different campaigns for users at different stages of the lifecycle (e.g. New user, lapsed user), with a focus on delivering a consistent and scalable 1:1 user experience.
