Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing and payment
• Most invoices go to the property managers and they upload into system, Agents need to review, approve, check GL codes.
• able to actually issues payments as well via a check PDF.
• If there are issues with an invoice or questions the Agents will need to communicate directly with the property managers and vendors, they will never have to talk directly with residents or customers.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Documenting and reporting process or service quality level
• Developing and implementing standards for inspection
• Developing a workflow for process audits
• Developing plans to help improve and mitigate risks
• Communicating with other team members to solve problems
• Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found
• Training other quality insurance members on all inspection processes

Monthly Salary: PHP 23,000

• Bookkeeping experience
• Must be proficient or higher at Excel. Should be familiar with moderate formulas, V lookups, pivots.
• No voice, all back office.
• Detail oriented
• Quickbooks experience is highly preferred, but not required. If we have someone with experience that wants more money do not turn them away, we should discuss with client first.
