Job Summary

Provide support to key NA clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders primarily via our ticketing system (ServiceNow), email and outbound calls.

This role will support the manager in executing operating plans such as putting controls in place to ensure quality and timeliness of output, reporting gaps and recommending process improvements for more efficient service delivery.  The role will involve day to day management of the team to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and procedures. 

Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate frequency of ad hoc reports and raise change requests as needed
• Act as the first level interviewer for team member hiring
• Authorize overtime and approves team members’ submitted timesheets
• Review and approve reconciliations performed by the R2A team members based on the Global Process Maps

The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team member will be reporting to the Head of Information Security and is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization’s efforts to ensure adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and industry security best practices. This role involves coordinating, executing, and overseeing various tasks related to governance, risk management, and compliance to protect the organization's assets, reputation, and ensure operational effectiveness.

The GRC specialist will work together with the Security Operations Leader, Security Operations Engineer, and QIMA internal stakeholders to meet the objectives of the audit requirements, identify risks present in the group, and to assess non-conformities and non-compliance against the organization’s Information Security Management System Policy and align the remediation plan with target dates against the respective owners.

The GRC specialist must have a good understanding of the different security and data privacy laws and regulations and industry security best practices with the ability to apply these standards to the QIMA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Governance:
   • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and frameworks to support QIMA’s organizational governance objectives.
   • Foster a culture of security, compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.
   • Conduct regular assessments and audits of governance processes to identify areas for improvement.
2. Risk Management:
   • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks for remediation that may impact the organization’s operations and overall security posture.
   • Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness, until closure.
   • Maintain a risk register and ensure all risks are documented, evaluated, and tracked.
   • Collaborate with various departments to create and implement risk management plans.
3. Compliance:
   • Stay up to date with changing regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
   • Work with the Data Privacy Office and Legal teams to ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
   • Conduct regular internal reviews and identify non-conformities against QIMA’s Information Security Management System Policy that needs to be addressed.
   • Deploy regular security awareness to all employees and work with training team for security trainings and programs to be delivered to QIMA.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate records of GRC activities, including policy documents, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
   • Prepare and present reports on governance, risk, and compliance activities to senior management and the board of directors.
   • Document incidents and breaches and manage remediation actions.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Liaise with Security, IT, Compliance, Legal, HR, and other departments and stakeholders to ensure cohesive compliance and risk management efforts.
   • Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors and client security requirements.
   • Provide guidance and support to all QIMA employees on GRC-related matters.

The Asia Pacific (AP) Client Success Management Shared Services team provide knowledge and expertise on market technology and infrastructure for Visa issuers, acquirers, processors, fintech and merchants.

The Client Success Management Shared Services Senior Consultant is responsible to manage post-sale and operational relationships for a significant group of Visa’s growth clients by overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, maximizing adoption of deployed products, driving Client Success outcomes, and optimizing client performance. This individual will play a pivotal role to deliver client success with excellence, ensure that we deliver the highest value, helping our clients understand and use our products and services most effectively whilst delivering our services at scale.  

In this role, you are expected to:

• Be accountable for our clients, provide problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, service change support and system enhancement support.

• Lead and resolve critical issues.  Resolving such issues require in-depth experience, crisis management abilities coupled with critical decision-making aptitude

• Manage non-routine, complex processing and change requests as well as tactical and strategic client initiatives.

• Provide proactive planning and operational support to ensure that clients and Visa are operating in the most effective and cost-efficient manner while managing costs and increasing overall transaction performance (including authorization, clearing & settlement, back-office processing).

• Stay current with industry and client trends. Be on top of key Visa mandates and rules change, to articulate technical changes and analyze the impacts in consultation with clients.

• Deliver support for Visa’s biannual business enhancements and all Visa mandates.

• Deliver Visa technical/operational workshops and webinars to varying levels of client knowledge on VisaNet and its core and ancillary services.  Effectively simplify high technical concepts to everyday language.

• Represent complex customer change requests, system, or operational requirements, negotiate, and manage expectations internally and externally and determine the appropriate courses of action.

• Provide operational leadership for clients and internal stakeholder organizations including Client Services, Account Executives and Sales Engine, Product, Risk and Legal.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support AM or Supervisor with daily deliverables, task management, budgets, and timelines/deadlines for media campaigns and ad-hoc client project by working closely with the design and marketing teams  

  • Use project management tools to coordinate tasks, deliverables, and deadlines for all involved parties
