The Protocol Specialist ensures that our front-line services run without disruptions. This position will report directly to the Protocol Leader.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Compiles product checklists based on our client’s specifications and our inspection requirements, while making sure that all specs are in their corresponding sections.
• Ensures that when protocols are finished they’re delivered to our inspectors the day before they visit the factory with an inspection.

The SIP Specialist supports our daily Operations work by creating inspection protocols and ensuring they are always delivered to our front-line inspection teams on time. This position will report directly to the Protocol Leader.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Reviews/creates Special IP and ensures that it minimizes the SIP creation by providing feedback, giving suggestions to use the efficient method, and verifying if it meets the client's requirements.
• Collaborates with the other departments to improve the communication between the Project team by giving suggestions to meet the service level expected by the requestor.
• Meets the deadlines of the different requests they receive from internal/external QIMA team members.

The Report Specialist will be responsible for helping us live up to our promise of fast report turnaround while making sure that report quality is not compromised by the fast delivery. This position will report directly to the Report Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Review inspection reports that come in from the field to make sure they are prepared accurately and according to format
• Validate incoming inspection reports if they meet all the appropriate requirements
• Inform inspectors promptly in case of problems, and follow-up to make sure any discrepancies are corrected

This role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to recruiting operations including onboarding and post-acceptance activities in compliance with the service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.

Account specific roles & responsibilities

• Processing client referrals 
• Assisting providers with their schedule and referrals and inquiries
• Assisting providers inquiries via email 
   

• At least 6 months of BPO work experience ​
• Work experience using MS Applications is a plus (MS Word, MS Excel)​
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills​
• Amenable to work ONSITE in Shaw, Mandaluyong​
• Willing to work on night shifts​
