As a Machinist Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the machining operations of the company. You will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to produce precision parts and components. Your knowledge of machine operations, technical drawings, and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the machining department.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders

The Software Engineer will be assigned as a system configurator and is responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions. The main duties include understanding user requirements, translating them to the required application/systems.

The candidate will provide analysis, design, configure, debugging, testing, and support of software applications.

1. Works with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to accurately capture stakeholder requests and system specifications and translate them into engineering artifacts, which typically include design specifications, source code, test scripts and test results.
2. Coordinates with software architects and Software engineer to ensure that the engineering realization is in accordance with Enterprise Architecture principles and software development best practices.
3. As part of Agile teams, completes software development work which includes application design, coding, code review and testing. Keeps Agile team and APM apprised of project status.
4. Offers suggestions to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project and program objectives.
5. Manages engineering risks by proactively tracking and communicating issues and devising methods to mitigating them.
6. Liaises with other project and program areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
7. Supports business units in the resolution of in-depth user questions and issues following production support process and SLA’s.
8. Maintains a working knowledge of new technology and software engineering standards, practices, and tools.
9. Provides input to APM/DPM in creation of Product Roadmap, High Level Estimates

• Collaborates with IT management to define and develop documentation & engineering artifact standards, guidelines, processes, and templates

This role will primarily support management of day to day operational activities within the global reconciliation team. This role will support the manager in executing operating plans such as putting controls in place to ensure quality and timeliness of output, reporting gaps and recommending process improvements for more efficient service delivery.  The role will involve day to day management of the team to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and procedures.

• Oversee balance sheet account reconciliation activities, from preparation, review, and approval.
• Ensure clarity and consistency of control documentation produced for balance sheet accounts.
• Escalate reconciling items for correction and adjustments prior to filing SEC reports.
• Escalate aged reconciliation variances to assist with corrections in the general ledger.
• Support cross-functional and cross-regional process alignment and standardizations within functional accountability.
• Ensure team's adherence to all Sarbanes-Oxley, internal policies, audit procedures and regulations to ensure fully compliance with established control points.
• Serve as the point of contact during external and internal audits.
• Identify and analyze complex issues and recommend solutions or alternatives.
• Act as – first level escalation point for questions and issue resolutions ensuring issues are addressed on a timely manner Responsible for escalating the issues further as and when necessary.
• Provide regular performance and operational progress reports to managers to ensure issues are being flagged on a timely manner and ensures performance/operational gaps are addressed.
