Responsibilities

• Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life for the assigned city
• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) as well as a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation
• Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
• Engage in creative sales and marketing digital and hands-onto ensure that customers are introduced to the platform as a convenient and preferred way to play
• Oversee a schedule of games, ensuring customers are delighted with each game they play, and keep coming back for more
• Take advantage of the strong backing and direction of Singapore headquarters, where an operations and technology team is ready to support you.

This role is responsible for providing routine transactional support on HR Contact Center services and processes to ensure accurate processing of basic employee requests regarding the HR system via tickets in compliance with internal and external regulations, service level agreements, processes, and procedures.

• Perform basic HR systems (Workday) requests and transactions by following standard methodologies to resolve HR systems-related tickets
• Process assigned bulk requests.
• Escalates complex HR systems queries to the back-end support (Workday) or senior members of the group as necessary.
• Ensures all BPAA transactions are completed within SLA
• Provide standard systems guidance and walkthrough to support customers as required
• Update the contact center ticketing system for assigned transactions.
• Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Perform multiple routine/ad hoc tasks in compliance with service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Provide input to the completion of incident reports
• Able to process straightforward Workday transactions in line with the DTPs
• Contribute to SOP/DTP maintenance by escalating any discrepancies between the documents and current process(es) as they are performed, and update documents as requested. 
• Contribute/Provide insights to continuous improvement initiatives by initiating improvement ideas and/or participating on the CI project team to optimize processes.
• Responsible for ensuring adherence to audit and regulatory requirements both internal and external (i.e., GDPR, AECOM Privacy Policy, and SOX) ensuring the Company is compliant and risks are mitigated
• Responsible for ensuring the Service Level Agreements are met

The E-commerce Account Specialist is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the company’s online sales channels, including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and the in-house web store. This role oversees all aspects of e-commerce operations and account management, ensuring alignment with overall sales and business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple platforms while optimizing the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management

1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the company’s e-commerce presence.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting) to support campaigns, promotions, and inventory management.
4. Monitor and manage platform for accurate inventory tracking, order processing, and financial reporting.
5. Lead initiatives to improve user experience and customer satisfaction on the web store and third-party platforms.
6. Analyze sales data, platform performance, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans.

Account Management

1. Manage relationships with e-commerce platform representatives (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada), negotiating terms, commissions, and promotional opportunities.
2. Ensure all product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with platform guidelines.
3. Monitor account health, customer ratings, and reviews to maintain platform reputation.
4. Handle escalations related to order issues, disputes, and platform policy compliance.
5. Coordinate with enablers for fulfillment services as needed and ensure alignment with platform requirements.

• Will assist in shipment documentation for customs submission
• Track shipments documents and other requirements submitted by the supplier
• Help prepare expenses charges for the shipments
• Communicate with the broker for all receipts and reimbursements
• Preparing the cost sheet of all shipments arrived
• All other bank related concerns and deliverables
