We are looking for a Support Engineer to help provide unparalleled support and guidance to

customers. You will quickly and effectively resolve complex customer inquiries that arise with our

solutions, investigating and troubleshooting using your knowledge of SQL and the product. You

What a Consulting Program Head, Visa Consulting & Analytics does at Visa:

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Consulting Program Head in the VCA team based in the Philippines. This individual will act as the overall program head to deliver end-to-end consulting engagements for our key issuing, acquiring, merchant & fintech clients. Typically, the individual will closely interact & work with the client team gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations. 

The program will include initiatives that cover payment strategy review and roadmap design, portfolio and product-market fit assessment, customer value proposition design/refresh, people/talent enablement, digital payments wallet assessment and launch, mobile banking app diagnostics and enhancement, and other growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management

• Perform basic HR systems (Workday) requests and transactions by following standard methodologies to resolve HR systems-related tickets
