What you’ll do
Primary contact for a specified list of clients, who have transitioned to our Customer Care Team for support using a combination of D365 Finance, Supply chain, Project Management & Accounting (PMA) and Project Operations.
- Manage all incoming requests and issues, prioritize and triage accordingly, then resolve or collaborate with other resources to resolve the requests and issues.
- Maintain open issue status and communication on open issues with the client and become their overall advocate for servicesÂ
- Promote the values of our company.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
Your technical experience should include:
- Experience as a D365 F&O or AX Consultant in implementation or support.
- Up to date D365 MSFT certificationsÂ
- Knowledge / experience with Project Accounting / Services Industry.
- Accounting background a plus.
- Strong knowledge of business processes.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business-related field (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and be challenged.
Your customer focus and communication skills will be a strength, along with an ability to develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships, partnerships and networks.
