The Product Support Engineering (PSE) team is a Tier 3 Customer Support team tasked with supporting merchants using all CyberSource products and services. This role will have a focused emphasis on Integrated Commerce and Card Present payment solutions and is based in Philippines. III.                 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in architecture design and implementation across our Apps in Flutter (Primary framework), iOS and Android (Legacy Apps).
• Participate in the experiment with new mobile frameworks and architectures to make our Apps more reliable and optimized.
• Involved in the maintenance and enhancement of the testing automation framework and CICD, create a strong collaboration relationship with key mobile engineering team mates and other stakeholders such as QA team, DevOps and backend team as deemed necessary or business need.
• Walk the talk: in this role you have to code and lead the way with your example, but you also need to be hands off and speak a non-technical language to partner with other departments.
• Participating in brainstorming and refining features requirements with product Managers, Business Analysts and other stakeholders as necessary or business need.
• Responsible for the delivery of quality performance of the assigned tasks in close collaboration with your Mobile team, which might have a mix of in-house and augmented Mobile engineers.
• Help build and contribute to a high-performance mobile engineering culture.

Required Skills and experience

• BS/BA in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3-5 years experience as a Mobile Developer
• At least 1-2 years experience with Flutter (Excluding requirement)
• Proven experience with Mobile Engineering Technologies (iOS/Android).
