Quality Control - Conducts quality checks of production lines. Conducts inspections and tests as per control plan, work instructions, and procedures. Verifies rejects from the lines. Verifies direct and indirect material’s quantity and quality per work order to ensure that the right amount and quality of raw materials are available for production. Conducts Line Clearance as per SOP.

Production Line Monitoring – Leads the daily production line monitoring and reporting of production output. Provides the work orders or schedules to the operators at the start of the shift and ensures that these work orders are completed efficiently at the end of the shift.

Problem Solving and Continuous Improvements - Identifies line abnormalities regarding quality, productivity, availability, performance, safety, and good housekeeping and find ways to resolve them. Performs KAIZEN activities in production line. Escalates issues to Production Supervisor as needed.

Training - Conducts on job training of operators and ensures they follow the work instructions and understand the defects criteria.

Admin Works - Completes paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line (e.g. accomplishing the Daily Production Report, reporting of SOR in EAM, accomplishing GITS, etc.).

Efficiently operates production equipment or machinery as need arises. Performs other duties as needed or assigned.

Avid is looking for an Accountant to join its US Shared Services Accounting Services team! The role is located in the Philippines and can be performed at home or as a hybrid position from our office in Taguig! It will require to work on a night shift. 

What you’ll do

• Play a role in monthly accounting close, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations and flux analysis.
• Assists with preparation of audit schedules for quarterly review/annual audit.
• Prepare Royalty reports and corresponding payment requests.
• Assists with accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team.
• Assist with monthly fixed asset closing process.
• Potential for cross training in other areas, such as SEC, Tax, and Revenue recognition.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Tax and Revenue ad hoc projects as necessary.

Who you are

• You have bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• You have a thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and accounts reconciliations.
• You are organized and detail-oriented.
• You have a demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• You have a first experience with an accounting software (preferably SAP).

The Network Operation Centre (NOC) have three main roles:

1. to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance

2. to provision customer network services on core equipment

3. to provide support services for Engineering and other technical teams

These result in a highly diverse range of duties for the NOC - our engineers are required to ensure they are fulfilled in a timely, co-operative and professional manner.

We interact frequently with technical support, service provisioning and sales teams so it's important that we are clear and concise in our communications.

We also work very closely with the Engineering team and as such need to develop a good all-round understanding of systems and networks.

Diligence and attention to detail are also key skills along with an ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately.

We don't expect you to have all the required knowledge when you join us as many of these skills can be picked up through experience in the job, but those who do need to learn new skills must be prepared to spend time doing suitable research to ensure their grounding is thorough and properly understood.

As your knowledge and confidence develop you may be asked to join our call-out rotation providing 24x7 support on our core network and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Monitoring Systems
• Full fault troubleshooting, problem isolation, and corrective action implementation or escalation to network engineering for assistance
• Liaising, and own discussions with, 3rd party suppliers to troubleshoot problems, perform upgrades, resolve service impacts, manage network changes, and escalate as required
• Provisioning and configuring core network devices and tools,  such as IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring software for core equipment and software, NNI ports and services, implementing MOPs for controlled core and edge network changes, etc.
• Network equipment build, installation, and configurations
• Performing and maintain hardware, serial numbers, security, and configuration audits
• Writing custom monitoring plugins and configuring bespoke graphing.
• Maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations
• Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration
• Tier 3 escalation point for all core network datacenter services and infrastructure, access network, and AireSpring services
• Participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation if required

Job Background and Purpose:

• Citi as the leading global bank is present in 100+ countries, 16 of which are in Asia.  In each of these countries the Central Banks and other financial regulatory bodies require the timely and accurate reporting of prudential requirements and other monetary statistics. The Citi global platform, RegInsight, together with standard data stores helps meet the evolving regulatory reporting needs
• Citi in Asia is rolling out RegInsight for Local Regulatory Reporting (“LRR”) using a standardized and automated approach. A few Asia countries have started to implement RegInsight and more countries will follow in the years ahead
• In order to execute the implementation programs in a more efficient manner, Citi is setting up a centralized team in Asia to support the Asia country programs and the reporting processes. The centralized team members will be mostly based in Manila, which is one of the strategic sites of Citi Finance for US Reporting, and will work closely with representatives in the Asia countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and India in meeting the countries’ reporting obligations to their specific regulators

Key Responsibilities of the centralized team members:

RegInsight Implementation Project Management:

• Leading, tracking and driving the progress of the requirements work stream of the program.
• Monitoring effort and deliverables to ensure the work stream delivers according to milestones.
• Organizing and leading regular discussions with the relevant business, finance, technology and operational groups as required by the work stream of the program
• Assist in the creation of presentations to the program Steering Committees and other governance committees for reporting project progress and escalating issues
• Working closely with country Finance, Risk, Development teams, Data Center teams, Operations teams to identify and resolve project dependencies and risks

Requirements Phase

• Responsible to understand and translate Asia local regulatory report requirements and its interpretation while identifying commonality and standards for classification in liaison with Finance SMEs and Technology Colleagues.
• Deliver decomposed local regulatory report forms / schedule to identify critical information / data and its expected values.
• Submit and discuss documentation to source data from a central database, specifying the actual requirement, expected values, and checks required for the data to be consumed.
• Clearly discuss requirements on data issues by interacting with multiple functions like country Finance, FRSS and Global Data Services teams.

Rules Development Phase

• Deliver Mapping (Rules) Design, Documentation, Writing, and Review in accordance with identified requirements.

Testing Phase

• Deliver Data Quality review of identified data in partnership with other work streams in the Centralized Team.
• Complete UAT and Parallel Testing through Test Scripts in partnership with other work streams in the Centralized Team.

Others:

• Support RegInsight LRR change management activities, requirements tracing and rules governance
• Lead/participate in other transformation initiatives to support Finance’s journey to become Best-in-Class Finance.
