In this role you will be primarily responsible for assisting implementation and ongoing monitoring of adherence with compliance controls associated with the regulatory compliance obligations of Visa Payment Limited. Primary focus is on (but not limited to) Payment Services Regulations, Wire Transfer Regulations, Bribery Act, Criminal Finances Act and their application.

• Testing controls that are being performed by wider business first line teams as well as compliance teams.
• Assisting with enhancing First Line of Defence (FLOD) and Monitoring Frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

An essential role that supports the proposal development process, securing new business and strengthening existing client relationships. Proposal development and management:

Builds, enhances and maintains an Enterprise Data Warehouse that serves the reporting and analytical needs for AECOM. Participates in Systems Delivery Life Cycle for Data Analytics and Reporting projects including preparing detailed technical design documents; designing and developing ETL/ELT code and database objects; participating in unit and system testing; engaging with supporting administration teams, Cognos metadata developers, and data analysts; and providing production and off-hours operations support as needed.

• Develops data warehouse data models and data integration jobs, using Oracle RDBMS, SQL/PLSQL, and/or Informatica PowerCenter. Responsible for populating the data warehouse, sourcing data from various databases and application platforms including but not limited to Oracle RDBMS, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle E-Business Suite, Workday, Salesforce, Smart Recruiters, and Dun & Bradstreet.
• Works with and supports Cognos report developers, data analysts, and operations team. Ensures report queries run efficiently. Tunes database queries as required. Troubleshoots integration processes when reporting errors are identified and operations team is unable to resolve.
• Implements code through AECOMs change management process. Maintains all required artifacts, including Business Requirements Document, proof of tests, and migration instructions using ServiceNow, TFS and Github.

The role will be supporting the day-to-day payroll services for the assigned region (SEA) by processing assigned processes in compliance with established methodologies, regulations, service-level-agreements (SLA), and processes. The role will also be responsible in administering and processing relevant payroll and HR services systems activities.

• Perform simple to complicated payroll activities in compliance with established procedures, strategies, and methodologies.
• Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation.
• Provide administrative assistance to the regulation alignment activities to ensure a compliant payroll processing (Taxation, Legislations, and other regulations).

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience to Payroll
- Must have experience in processing SEA region payroll, exposure to end-to-end payroll processing is preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools  
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures 
- Must have experience in a high-volume/high-headcount payroll processing
- Experience in using Empower/ Easy Pay, ADP, Globalview, Celegro and Workday or other Payroll Systems 
- Experience in Oracle System is a plus

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Manager of Global Total Rewards, you will provide support to our most important asset: our people. Your mission is to review, develop, and implement the best benefit & compensation strategies at Boldr. You will ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. You will develop and manage compensation and benefits budgets. You’ll oversee compensation processes, including Mercer survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive/bonus plan design, and analysis.
