ABOUT THE ROLE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) or Business
• 2+ years experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence/analytics delivery capacity
• Strong knowledge of SQL or other database query language is required
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Sisense, Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView

As a member of Network Operations L1 Support team, the Sr. Application Analyst has the primary responsibility for monitoring the Corporate Visa Networks and providing first level response to assist in the mitigation or elimination of issues affecting network connectivity and impacting our clients or the Visa brand. What a Government Solutions Lead does at Visa:

Visa is seeking an experienced payment professional to join Visa Government Solutions to lead our work in Philippines. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:  

• Expand and deepen our public sector sales strategy and delivery in the region, including developing a list of prioritized client and solution opportunities.

• Identify and execute commercial opportunities in government led projects that focus on government payment flows, data, and other government growth priorities, with the objective of establishing a strategic footprint and/or develop new business flows for Visa.

• Identify and engage potential partners in the form of issuers, acquirers, program managers, processors, fintechs and other enablers who will strengthen our government solution propositions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies / account plans to increase sales volume and market share and expand product category visibility.

• Develop innovative strategies and solutions in collaboration with Visa cross-functional teams banks and fintech partners to address challenges and requests from government clients.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders including the Government Engagement team to strengthen our relationship with key public sector stakeholders, align on our government outreach strategy and targets, approach to educating decision makers and influencers on how Visa can support.

• Partner with our marketing and communication teams to position Visa as a leader in the payments industry and a resource for government agencies.

• Lead RFP response and commercial deals in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Continuously review market landscape, recommend, develop, and implement new creative approaches to growing the Visa business.

The Software Engineer is responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions. The role includes working on Front-end and back-end systems. The main duties include understanding user requirements, translating them to Front/Back End code, developing database objects and APIs.

The candidate will provide analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and support of software applications.

1. Works with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to accurately capture stakeholder requests and system specifications and translate them into engineering artifacts, which typically include design specifications, source code, test scripts and test results.
2. Coordinates with software architects and Software engineer IVs to ensure that the engineering realization is in accordance with Enterprise Architecture principles and software development best practices.
3. As part of Agile teams, completes software development work which includes application design, coding, code review and testing. Keeps Agile team and APM apprised of project status.
4. Offers suggestions to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project and program objectives.
5. Manages engineering risks by proactively tracking and communicating issues and devising methods to mitigating them.
6. Liaises with other project and program areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
7. Supports business units in the resolution of in-depth user questions and issues following production support process and SLA’s.
8. Maintains a working knowledge of new technology and software engineering standards, practices and tools.
9. Provides input to APM/DPM in creation of Product Roadmap, High Level Estimates

Collaborates with IT management to define and develop documentation & engineering artifact standards, guidelines, processes, and templates

The Research and Development Product Technologist conducts product application-specific tests and experiments

The Research and Development Product Technologist performs the following functions:

1. Performs analyses and statistical comparisons of results to contribute to product innovation.

2. In charge of gathering data, keeping accurate records, making sure records are filed correctly, and preparing the reports required.

3. Maintains records and submits monthly reports of all analyses and testing done.

4. Tests and evaluates products based on their intended applications in a timely manner, with accurate and verifiable results, and communicates these to R&D Supervisor for appropriate actions.

5. Standardizes the recipes to be used for product testing and customer requests.

6. Performs modification of the recipes according to product requirements.

7. Facilitates the preparation of the samples requested by TBMs, TSGs or customers.

8. Assists in bakery training and similar activities.

9. Conducts expanded applicability tests (e.g different formulations, new ingredients, etc) of developed products. 

10. Develops test procedures, forms, and other documents required for the establishment and maintenance of the R&D System.

11. Monitors the inventory of all consumables for application testing (ingredients, tools, others).

12. Files for liquidation and reimbursements in the system.

13. Maintains cleanliness (GMP) of R&D Bakeshop/ Application Lab.

As Knowledge Management Coordinator, you will support the organization, collection, and maintenance of marketing-related content libraries, including system data updates for resumes, projects, or company information.

• Collaborate with internal partners to collect and confirm information.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, providing superior interactions and experiences to our technical and functional stakeholders
• Make updates to data and documents during periodic auditing and data cleansing efforts.

The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for design, development, and unit testing of ServiceNow Catalog Items automation and integration solutions. The candidate will engage with Business Analyst and SME to perform detailed requirement analysis. The candidate will provide production implementation and post-production support for ServiceNow modules and features such as Catalog Items and other aspects of ServiceNow.

• Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
• Create and maintain the current state of the ServiceNow platform architecture documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze the impact of new requirements, and configure the new requirements on the ServiceNow platform as per ITIL best practices.
• Develop technical design documents.
• Create well-structured test plans and coordinate testing activities, identify, document, and track software defects. Perform and facilitate regression testing of resolved defects.
• Translate technical complexities to non-complex and simple terms for project stakeholders and make sure they understand the effects of the design decisions on the areas of ServiceNow Platform.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
• Manage and actively contribute to development efforts pertaining to modules of the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, including support for newly developed modules or major releases.
• Participate in the configuration and customizations, as needed, based on customer needs.
• Participate in and contribute to an agile-based work intake and output delivery process that will support service provision and delivery in an iterative manner.
