The Position

Arch has an opportunity for a motivated professional to make a difference. We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor who will gain hands-on experience with business and technology processes, risks, and controls. You will build direct relationships with key technology, business, and audit leaders in order to prepare risk assessments, identify audit opportunities, and conduct effective audits & advisory projects. The Senior Internal Auditor will also have the opportunity to lead aspects of Internal Audit projects. • Serve as a team member on Audit/Advisory projects
• Testing controls as part of quarterly SOX cycle
• Preparing reports to Group and Audit Committee on audit findings
• Perform Audit activities, including: conduct interviews/walkthroughs, testing, wrap-up and related procedures to facilitate the completion of Audit/Advisory projects
• May be required to lead certain aspects of Audit/Advisory projects
• May be required to supervise Internal Auditor(s) on selected projects

Participate in the annual risk assessment and audit plan development process

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

• Support other IQ-EQ departments, provide and share AML/KYC expertise during day to day business
• Responsible of a portfolio of investors and clients for AML/KYC onboarding and periodic review process
• Making sure every file is duly monitored and that appropriate actions are taken for incomplete KYC file, including, but not limited to reminders, phone calls and organisation of meetings
• Maintaining a client data base with accurate and up to date information
• Motivate, monitor and assist the team
• Provide regular feedback to Head and Management
• Participation to client meetings.

Tasks (role on a day-to-day basis)

• Managing the KYC team
• Answer emails/queries from internal and external parties in a timely manner
• Assess the level of risk inherent to each investor and clients to determine a risk-based approach in line with IQ-EQ internal policy
• Effective and efficient communication of AML and regulatory information
• Organise meeting with different stakeholders (Clients, Client Directors, Compliance) and support other departments
• Participation to client meeting and kick off project for the implementation of new funds, fee quotes
• Support other IQ-EQ departments, provide and share AML/KYC expertise during day to day business
• Escalation process to Group Risk & Compliance (PEP, HIGH…)
• Provide support to the Business during preparation of escalation process to group Risk & Compliance (PEP, REP requests)
• Preparation of Key Risk Indicators
• Answering to regulatory requests including the completion of the annual AML questionnaire
• Participation to the various Audit missions and to provide supporting documents for internal and external AML audits
• Providing advice to the Management and to the staff on AML/legal related matters
• Training of new joiners and advanced training such as new regulations, AML, new process etc
• Perform name screening and file review as 2nd line of defence and supervise the reviews done by Team members
• Participate to the internal Meeting to share experiences and information/projects within the department
• Setting up action plan if situation remains blocked despite several reminders for incomplete investor and client files and regular follow-up with the team members on their project status and distribution of side projects when required
• Supervise tasks performed by team members which are related to Funds Clients and share experiences and knowledge within the department
• Maintain an appropriate AML Program (including documented policies and procedures)
• Regulatory watch related to AML matters and fund industry

The Dispute & Support Operations Team Lead will lead a team of Dispute and Support Operations (DSO) Analysts of different levels, completing dispute work on behalf of DPS and VDMS clients.  They are subject matter experts in their field and as such will be a point of contact and escalation within the department for complex dispute matters.  Candidate will establish processes for efficient completion of Prepaid, Debit, and Regionals disputes in order to maximize resource utilization rates and Client recoveries.

Essential Functions

• Oversight and development of a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring team to maximize performance
• Manage methods of delivery through the optimization of established workflows, ensuring that all cases are worked within set timeframes and in accordance with local, federal, and Visa regulations
• Monitor the daily workload and allocate or assign cases based on priority, work type, and available resources
• Strengthen relationships with key Clients and internal business partners including Global Arbitration and Compliance, Processing Sales, Client Support, and various Product organizations 
• Follow established operating guidelines for the delivery of support and standards of performance
• Provide escalation support for complex internal and external dispute related issues
• Provide information and direction to external and internal clients regarding Visa, Plus, and Interlink operating rules and regulations as it applies to disputes, re-presentments, pre-arbitration, pre-compliance, and case filing
• Provide career advancement opportunities (when applicable), timely coaching and performance evaluations and management when necessary
• Open tickets and communicate system or settlement issues to leadership or internal partners
• Communicate via email and phone to Visa DPS Clients and Network associates as necessary
• Work in a matrixed environment

• A proven track record for identifying and proactively sharing dispute processes that maximize productivity and efficiency

What we expect of you, day to day: 

• Be an escalation point for challenging transactions, HVTs (High Value Transactions), or clients/CSM (Customer Success Manager) requests 

• Ensure the effective and efficient week-to-week operations of the TSS team - and that daily and weekly targets are met 

• Cleary communicate changes to process, procedure and client specific updates with the team 

• Deliver the monthly team QA and review sessions, focused on transaction reviews and HVTs 

• Support the TSS Team Manager in identifying insights and actions from Weekly and Monthly MI (Management Information) reporting 

• Support the TSS Team Manager with internal (e.g. Customer team) and external (e.g. client) meetings where needed - taking the lead where relevant 

• Identify and diagnose people, process, or system problems → implement a short-term fix → plan out any long-term solution, working with other stakeholders where needed 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
