Position: General Manager / AirBnb Specialist

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time

Holidays: US and/or Philippine holidays

Pay Range: $800-$1,500 per month

Responsibilities

• Manage Airbnb listings, including updating listing information, pricing, and availability
• Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests throughout their stay
• Coordinate check-in and check-out processes
• Handle any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively
• Provide recommendations to guests for local activities, attractions, and restaurants
• Ensure that the Airbnb listings meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
• Monitor and manage guest reviews and ratings
• Disputing reviews with Airbnb through understanding and referencing their Review Policy
• Initiating and tracking claims and resolutions through AirCover, Resolution Center, or other coverage plans
• Financial reporting for clients monthly
• Invoicing clients and tracking invoices to make sure they are paid
• Communicate with cleaners to make sure properties are completed and pictures are provided, and needed supplies are reported

• At least 3 years of experience as an Airbnb virtual assistant is required
• Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and management tools
• Experience with using Hostaway is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Position: Business Development Representative

Work Hours (Client): Eastern 9am-5pm | M-F

Work Hours (MNL): MNL 10pm-6am | M-F

Pay Range: $900-$1500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pull lists, manage outbound sequences, help schedule/coordinate/chase down meetings, and work within Hubspot to create deals.
• Create lead lists 
• Work with tools and outsourced talent to scrape company and contact data Upload deals/MQLs to Hubspot 
• Build sequences within Hub or Lem 
• Support screening and triaging inbound leads Support creating landing pages and new sequences (for events, new initiatives, etc) 
• Support building sales materials for pitches and coordinating with design (screenshots, demo memberships, etc) 
• Work with Nick to train outsourced hire(s) on rev ops process

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related experience
• Experience with Hubspot is required
• Experience with other tools like Lemlist, Apollo is nice to have but not required
• Good Communication skills
