DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the daily workflow of the department
• Leads the franchising and business development initiatives
• Monitors and tracks the effectiveness of franchising campaigns
• Tracks all franchising and business development data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management
• Works with the executive team, marketing managers, and department heads, to set the franchising strategy for the brands
• Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, locations, and franchising opportunities
• Ensures that all franchisees are aligned with the brand standardization, procedures, promotions, guidelines, rules and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your assignment

• Prepare and maintain prepayment amortization and accruals schedules and reconciliation schedules
• Reconcile monthly GL accounts and subledger balances (like inventory/prepayment/other assets/accruals)
• Assist in the review and submission of tax returns and supporting alphalist or reports
• Ensure timely, accurate and consistent compliance with the accounting standards and tax regulations of the recorded financial transaction
• Supporting the Finance Manager with the statutory audit process and preparation of the audited financial statements
• Support and provide training to Store/Service Office Finance relating to General Accounting or Tax reporting
• Archiving of Accounting documents

Other ad hoc task as assigned and support general accounting functions

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the general warehouse operations from receiving of goods, storage, internal movements, goods issuances, and loading/dispatch of finished goods ensuring timely, accurate, complete documentation and compliance to  Good Warehousing Policy, Procedures and Standards for safe and efficient warehousing operations.

He/She is responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness and proper loading of goods onto trucks, or transportation vehicles. 

He/She ensures real-time, accurate and complete system recording of all inventory-related  transactions.

SAP - Related Tasks

1) Material Staging

• The Outbound Delivery will be processed in EWM and create a Warehouse Task to execute requests in the warehouse.
• Once the warehouse tasks are created, proceed to perform actual picking of materials
• Proceed in confirming the tasks (via Desktop/scanner). Once completed, picking status will be set as completed in the Outbound Delivery.
• Proceed in posting the Goods Issue for the Outbound Delivery in EWM. Outbound Delivery will be updated with corresponding material documents for stock transfer and materials will be physically moved to the production area. Inform Production that transfer is completed.

2) Finished Goods Receiving Process

• Validate if the assumed GR (which is done either by Shift or by brand) from Production is the same as the actual quantity received. Proceed Secure approval from Production Supervisor to adjust delivery quantity based on actual receipt if not Proceed with Goods Receipt in reference to Inbound Delivery. Transactions will be performed via scanner. Pre-defined HUs will be re-used for packing. Stocks received will be set as on-hold (for Quality Inspection). Create the necessary HU warehouse task for putaway
• Perform quantity adjustment in EWM
• Confirm the HU warehouse task in the destination bin

The Manager will be part of the Digital Implementations team and will be based in Manila, Philippines. The role will have the following responsibilities

   • Check if OGA permit is required prior to arrival.

6. Ensure that customers are well - informed of the shipment status and required metrics sent in timely manner – per KPI.

7. Ensure 3rd party broker billing is timely and accurate.

8. Post billing invoice w/in the EI and Customer KPI.
   • Billing to customer must be posted w/in 3 days of RLS per OPS.
   • Comply with DAP, DDP Policy in posting FDS billing.
   • Make sure supporting documents are available before posting billing to customer so documentation team can dispatch the billing invoice timely per Customer SOP.
9. Coordinates with the Trucking Team for the delivery schedule. Monitor trucker’s DLV & POD performance.
