• Manage escalations from Strategic and Platinum Clients through to resolution, by analysing details and engaging the relevant business stakeholders
• Manage escalations of complex cases from colleagues, and provide any required training to bridge knowledge gaps
• Perform proactive analysis of Strategic and Platinum Client transactions and enquiries with a view to identifying service improvements
• Manage all incidents and requests in accordance with VPL’s policies, procedures, and contractual commitments
• Work proactively with clients and other internal functions to optimise the way they utilise VPL’s products and services, reduce exceptions or issues and prevent issues from reoccurring

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. This role is responsible for managing all official project documents for internal and external stakeholders. The role is expected to implement and manage the Document Management System while providing quality assurance measures according to company policy and procedures and project requirements. Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide document management and project controls support including but not limited to receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval, and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper, and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects.
• Maintain general and technical documents and periodical subscriptions related to projects, with the use of internal document control systems or client-specific tools.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and IT/Records Management on the proper methods of protection for project records and make recommendations on media, rotation, and procedures.
• Manage the setup and maintenance of document control/records management for multiple projects and Project Managers.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of journal entries, month end activities, and reports.

• Perform and review Zerorized AP entries to create vouchers for project codes.

• Create and review accruals and prepayments schedule.

• Review system generated reports to support the month end activities.

• Analyzes reports for trends, variances, and movements

• Conduct data gathering and investigation about financial transactions affecting the general ledger

• Provide information and supporting documentation required by audit queries
