Data validation is a live data check performed multiple times during the survey fielding. It is performed to ensure that the survey data matches the survey materials. Job Summary

Provide support to key EMEA clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders primarily via our ticketing system (ServiceNow), email and outbound calls.

Reporting to the Recruitment Administration Team Lead, you will assist in driving high-quality candidate care and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.   

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes.
• Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process, to manage requirements and expectations.
• Initiating and monitoring onboarding activities as per client process.
• Maintaining audit-ready offers and onboarding materials, resolving issues, and escalating as needed.

The Risk Finance Specialist’s main responsibility is to ensure that the risk exposures of the company are properly managed through appropriate risk financing programs which include but not limited to insurance program and/or self-insurance initiatives.

He/she will assist in establishing and maintaining a collaborative partnership with Food Group Business Units (BU) and the AEV Risk Management Team in implementing existing and future risk finance initiatives.

Risk Finance Management Duties

1. Gathers and consolidates the documents and values for insurance renewal submitted at least 30 days prior to expiration of existing policy.
2. Coordinates with accounting and other departments to determine the updated list of assets with corresponding sum insured values.
3. Maintains insurance registry requirement through regular property appraisal and monthly monitoring of acquisition and disposal of assets.
4. Liaises and assists internal and external Risk Surveyors, asset valuation surveyors and appraisers.
5. Assists the Risk Manager in securing proposals from accredited suppliers for insurance coverage in coordination with AEV Risk Finance team.
6. Monitors and maintains that approved insurance policies are incepted, implemented and paid in a timely manner.
7. Monitors and maintains risk engineering survey files to ensure that they are updated regularly by the relevant stakeholders.
8. Assists the Risk Manager on the conduct of insurance briefings to relevant stakeholders at the sites to ensure understanding of the approved insurance policy.
9. Secures and maintains the necessary information for the preparation of risk management reports including but not limited to the following:
   1. Status of insurance claims
   2. Motor car insurance claims
   3. Insurable risk maps
   4. Risk engineering progress reports
   5. Total cost of insurable risk
10. Assists the Risk Manager in providing the necessary insurance support, education, and training to the Food Group Management and Staff.
11. Keeps abreast with new developments and advances on the enterprise risk management industry practices, quality and environmental management technology through magazines/periodicals, and attendance to relevant seminars and conferences.

Insurance Claims Management Duties

1. Coordinates with relevant stakeholders at the sites to ensure that all incidents are reported immediately.
2. Monitors and follows up all requirements and information needed to support claims are submitted to the insurance providers within the prescriptive period.
3. Monitors and follows up that the claims settlement is collected as soon as claim evaluation is done and finalized according to policy terms and conditions.
4. Assists the Risk Manager on the consistent implementation of established incident reporting and insurance claims process and methodologies.

Others:

1. Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
2. Performs other tasks related to the job as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
3. Checks and updates the documentation of risk finance policies, procedures and standard operating procedures in line with the Food Group’s standard documentation system.
4. Oversees and manages logistics and administrative requirements of risk finance activities such as, but not limited to the following:
   1. Appraisal activities
   2. Risk engineering surveys
   3. Asset valuation surveys
   4. Insurance briefing and orientations
5. Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time from other risk management programs such as but not limited to the following:
   1. Enterprise Risk Management
   2. Business Continuity Management
   3. Information Security Management
6. Appointed membership to committees whenever necessary.
7. Participates in current and futures business initiatives such as Partners in Leadership, Risk Management, CRM, Comrel, IBP, Safety, ISO, Branding, ISMS, etc.

Workforce Analytics 

• Analyze and understand HR business processes to identify and craft optimal decisions and strategies 
• Develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions for HR-related data and processes and maintain advanced HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using analytics tools that will help influence talent decisions . Develop and deliver compelling presentations using data, graphics, and effective storytelling to communicate insights and implications for decision making, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Consult and partner with HR and business colleagues to identify opportunities to use employee data to improve business results. Use analytical reasoning to proactively identify problems and develop hypotheses and recommend analytics solutions that addresses stakeholder's needs. 
• Develop predictive models for attrition, high performance, and talent acquisition to enable forward-looking talent management programs and HR investment.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities to adopt leading-edge people analytics solutions. Continuously evolve the best techniques to drive the change required in the organization.

Data & Systems Administration 

• Use and Maintain information on the HR IS tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, DEPM, etc.) ensuring accurate information.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline HR analytics processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data privacy standards.
• Cleanse the HR Data from multiple sources and verify the data integrity for analysis and conduct root cause analysis
• Conducts regular Quality Control activities to assure accurate performance of HRIS and other HR platforms and processes 
• Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems providing information requiring comprehensive knowledge of systems implementation on company processes and policies.
• Work with HR Partners to ensure that updates are consistently being done across all systems. (i.e. Departments, Positions, Team Leaders, etc..)
• Ensure access rights and workflows are functioning effectively to ensure ease of use for our users.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the HR shared services team and business partner in ensuring open enrollment system functionality meets the needs of the organization and reflects the accuracy of the benefits renewal rates and policy.
• Provide guidance and support for data entry/maintenance into the HRIS system and assure data integrity of HR information globally.
• Lead the initiatives on ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency and improvements pertaining to the HR Information System.

HR Vendor Management

• Coordinates, schedules and tracks progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions.HR Vendor Management & Issue ticketing
• Liaise with all vendors relating to HR systems vendors for maintenance and issue resolution. 
• Prepares minutes, notices, manuals, agendas, and correspondence with all supporting documentation for policies and processes in collaboration with vendors and stakeholders. 
• Raise tickets on issues brought up by HR partners and ensure that all issues are fully resolved and do not have any downstream impact.
• Recommend changes to current processes to provide a more effective use of HRIS, and take the lead as a project manager to implement these changes (i.e. onboarding and exits, org charts, employment changes, performance management, recruitment, etc.).
• Regularly interface with vendors and external providers for systems to ensure move towards resolution of systems concerns. 
• Review and assess systems provider proposals and budgets to ensure the most cost effective and relevant system for HR services and processes. 

Project Management

• Support the projects pertaining to the HR Information System and HR Data Management such as but not limited to HR IS modules implementation, Power BI Enhancement, etc.
• Support on the Annual budget reporting such as consolidating budget information, preparing dashboards and presentation, and analysis.
• Supports other HR projects/initiatives that maybe assigned from time to time.
• Ensure that the vendors follow through on regulatory requirements and work with other teams such as Risk, Data Privacy and the Project management office to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
