• Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
• Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
• Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
• Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
• Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
• Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
• Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud
• Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

• Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred
• Essentially looking for someone with a skillset on both Google Ads / Facebook Ads / Analytics who can assist the team with client deliverables etc.
• Good communication skills
• Has attention to detail
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• Has worked with or supported an agency before.
• Preferably male (just preferred; not an absolute requirement)

• Design, develop, and update responsive, user-friendly WordPress websites using Kadence themes and blocks.
• Build, customize, and manage e-commerce solutions with WooCommerce, ensuring a seamless user experience from browsing to checkout.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate brand elements and marketing strategies into website designs both internally and for our clients.
• Website testing and troubleshooting across multiple browsers and devices.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends and technologies to implement innovative and optimal design solutions.

• Proven experience in WordPress web design, particularly with Kadence themes and WooCommerce.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI design, and responsive design.
• An understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with website optimization for speed and performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to hit deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and clearly communicate project progress via our project management system, Asana.
• Portfolio of previous web design projects.
