The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client-specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The Active Directory Administrator/Officer ensures availability and reliability of in maintaining the stability and performance of our IT systems. You will be responsible for administration of Active Directory/Group Policy and maintaining the servers and related components to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact our productions. As an End-User Helpdesk Agent, you will be primarily responsible for providing frontline user management and customer support.
