WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to Boldr’s leadership, driving organizational success through people strategies. The Director of our E-Commerce SBU will be responsible for co-creating the strategy and executing this strategy to grow our Client relationships.  As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for identifying trends across our Client base and deriving themes from these trends, and express them in such a way that that helps build our strategic framework and adds value to the client relationship. You will dive into research around the sectors that fall under E-Comm and learn how typical business models and customer support work so that you can truly partner with our Clients. Working as a member of the Support Operations Team, this role will provide day-to-day support, maintenance and implementation of new features across multiple channels and brands in our Zendesk instance.  You will play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our  Support Teams and the wider Customer Experience function through the implementation and ownership of customer focused processes, systems management and reporting, whilst promoting consistency and the adoption of best practice. A Lighting Artist plays a key role in crafting visually stunning environments by designing and implementing lighting that enhances mood, storytelling, and gameplay. It is a collaboration with the Lead Artist, Environment Art, Level Design, and VFX team in order to implement atmospheres and lead the player’s attention based on the artistic direction, gameplay design, technological limitations and production deadlines.

The main and routine tasks of the Lighting Artist are to:

• Design and implement lighting setups for game environments, characters, and cinematics to enhance visual quality and mood
• Collaborate with Art directors, Level designers and Level artists to achieve the desired artistic vision while maintaining gameplay clarity
• Ensure consistency in lighting across scenes and levels, adhering to the artistic and technical standards of the project
• Optimize lighting for performance across various platforms, ensuring minimal impact on frame rates and memory usage
• Work with shaders and post-processing effects (e.g., color grading, bloom, shadows) to enhance the overall visual Ambiance / Aesthetic
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lighting systems in collaboration with technical artists and other related teams
• Contribute to the development of tools and workflows to improve lighting efficiency and flexibility
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques related to lighting in games

A Level Designer creates the game world and defines the moment-to-moment gameplay experiences with the game’s mechanics and systems. With a player-oriented mindset, you will take levels from concept to fully playable prototypes, and further work with other disciplines to deliver fully realized, narrative experiences to a AAA standard.

The main and routine tasks of the Level Designer are to:

• Conceptualize and prototype the layout of 3D game environments and player goals and activities
• Build 3D game worlds by placing interactive elements in the game world to create variety, distribution, and progression of player activity using iterative design methods
• Work with our Scriptwriters, Cinematic Designers, and realization teams to create original, memorable, and compelling narrative content for our games.
• Communicate designs to the team through presentations and documents
• Collaborate with Directors and Leads to bring on their high-level creative vision of our game worlds to life
• Collaborate with other game developers in other job disciplines such as Production, Engineering, Art, Lighting, Animation, Narrative, and others – adapting to technical constraints while bringing game environments from concept to shippable quality
• Contribute to the improvement of the overall game by providing feedback to the team and use their feedback to iterate on your designs.
• Stay up to date on current trends, best practices, and latest technologies in your field of expertise
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team member

• Process monthly warranty claims, including encoding, checking, and payment to the ASC/ASD
• Monitor original invoices and follow-up monthly reports from the ASC/ASD
• Update the ASA and KUM dashboard
• Reach out to survey detractors to understand the specific reasons they encountered issues

The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.

Responsibilities:   

• Finding Candidates:  - Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations on possible approaches to the search or candidate requirements.
• Review of candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the search requirements.
• Source candidates via resume databases, search engine and networking sites using Boolean search language.
• Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
• Utilize Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
• Engaging Candidates: - Use an appropriate mix of media to connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media, etc.).
• Articulate value proposition to candidates who are interested in the job opportunity.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistical information, interview schedule, appropriate attire and overall expectations.
• Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
• Assessing Candidates: - Draft and utilize phone interview templates appropriate to the job description.
• Use independent judgement to compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements to determine if the candidate is a match for the role or a potential match for other open positions.
• Issue skills testing as needed and evaluate results (if process dictates).
• Review background and reference information (if process dictates).
• Influencing the Hire: - Keep candidates engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search.
• Partner with hiring leader to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
• Articulate a job offer to candidate and drive for candidate acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counter-offers as appropriate.
• Service Excellence: - Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and all other compliance standards set forth).
• Work to deliver a strong candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure there are multiple qualified candidates in play at all times.
• Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to the hiring leader and Cielo leadership to depict both metrics and efforts.
• Identify perceived difficulties with searches and research and recommend solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the hiring leader, providing a consultative approach with recommendations on how to move forward. 

We are seeking a new 3D Designer to work closely with the interior design and 3D visualization teams in the preparation of 3D renderings and animations.

In brief

• You will be creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real – life objects using special rendering software.
• You will apply textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models.
• You will work with designers to understand the design intent to create 3D visuals for a range of interior projects.

• You are an 3D designer with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience of interior projects.

• You have experience in the production of quality imagery including lighting, texturing and post-production work
• You should have good understanding of technical drawings for Interior Design.
