Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Salary: up to 1,600 USD per month (depending on skills and experience)

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer success processes, lead nurturing, data management, and internal communications. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, administrative support to executives, and ensuring that all internal processes are running efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Success

• Serve as the first point of contact for new customers, addressing their needs and ensuring access to our product.
• Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with clients via Slack and schedule clients for more in-depth assistance with the Customer Success Manager.
• Request customer reviews after auditing their use of the platform 60 days after their subscriptions begin.

Lead Nurturing

• Call booked leads on Closer calendars and confirm their attendance for scheduled meetings.

Data/Subscription Upkeep

• Ensure leads are properly tagged in the CRM and maintain active subscriptions after the Customer Success Manager enables their software access.

Internal Communications

• Facilitate effective communication within the executive and Sales/Account Management teams.

Ad-hoc Executive Admin Tasks

• Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings.
• Handle initial executive admin tasks and manage small-scale projects under supervision.

Immediate tasks anticipated for the candidate to fully own on week 1:

• Attend onboarding sessions and meet with key team members.
• Begin familiarizing with company systems and tools.
• Take over basic data entry and management tasks.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings.
• Start managing small-scale projects under supervision.
• Handle initial executive admin tasks such as calendar management and travel arrangements.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the role or in project management
• Has a strong background and well- educated in financial markets, trading, excluding crypto.
• Proficient in using tools like Trello, with experience in project management or operations.
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel and other tools such as Google Workspace and Slack
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

You may be responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Managing and processing sales orders and invoices in a timely manner
• Contract Creation and Negotiation. 
• Sales Closing and After Sales Support
• Doing outbound calls to nurture Potential Leads
• Inbound and Outbound calls to close deals and secure contract signatures
• Answering phone calls and providing customer support to clients
• Organizing schedules and setting appointments
• Coordinating logistics for sales meetings and events as needed
• Creating, updating, and maintaining client records on the company CRM
• Providing sales analytics and performance reports
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficiency of sales workflow
• Assisting in creating sales collateral and materials for client presentations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales support, or other similar role
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of proficiency in the English language
• Proficiency with cloud-based tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iSuite, Zoom and other project management tools
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with CRM software usage and management
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Knowledge of email marketing is a plus
• Experience with social media community engagement is a plus

System and Work Setup Requirements:

• A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
• Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
• Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
• A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work

Role: Sales Representative (w/ Account Management in Tech Product)

Responsibilities:

The following are the key aspects of your work:

• Demonstrate expertise and comprehensive understanding of our product, its features, and its core value proposition.
• Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers.
• Guide Users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation).
• Provide personalized support and guidance to help Users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period.
• Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation.
• Conduct quick and compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of individual Users.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product and address any objections or concerns raised by Users.
• Utilize objection-handling techniques to overcome hesitations and build confidence in the decision to subscribe.
• Facilitate subscription starts by guiding Users through the payment process over the phone or through online channels.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
