The Active Directory Administrator/Officer ensures availability and reliability of in maintaining the stability and performance of our IT systems. You will be responsible for administration of Active Directory/Group Policy and maintaining the servers and related components to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact our productions. Responsibilities:

• Create/Delete, modify, and troubleshoot Group Policies

As an End-User Helpdesk Agent, you will be primarily responsible for providing frontline user management and customer support. The End-User Helpdesk Agent efficiently provides support to customers, is a flexible problem-solver, and is confident at providing solutions. The Data Engineer III develops, implements, and maintains data & software solutions that enable business operations to realize company goals and objectives. The incumbent performs complete end to end SDLC including analysis (data analysis), design, coding, debugging, testing, and support of software applications. The Communication Manager oversees the internal and external communications strategy of the Ubisoft Philippines Studio and the Zone, ensuring that the communication needs of the Ubisoft group are being fulfilled.  

Reporting directly to the Zone Communications Director, you will focus on employee and executive strategic communications, supporting the Managing Director and Philippine Studio Manager. 

You will collaborate with studios in the Ubisoft Zone (Vietnam, India, and Singapore) and align strategic priorities and objectives. You will define, implement, and execute the communication strategy locally.

• Resolve reconciling items in a timely manner or escalate items posing delay risks in achieving the SLAs.

• Respond to in-market queries and post accounting adjustments as required.

• Provide support during Group audit reviews, local Statutory audit, and internal audits.

• Continually standardize, automate, and streamline to improve efficiency in financial reporting.
